I have nothing bad to say at all. They got me in on the same day I called. They got me out of the pain I was in and took the time to actually listen to what my complaint was.
The front disk staff were amazing and supper friendly. The dental assistant in dentist were also amazing. They did awesome work and was very professional. They answered my questions made me as comfortable as one can be at the dentist lol. All in all 5 stars I highly recommend this dentist office. And just for the record I'm not from Jamestown, ND or North Dakota in general. I'm a travel technician working in the Kulm area on the wind turbines.

Can’t remember the doctors name but she did a very poor job when doing my fillings. I’m sure within a few years it will fall out with how poorly it was done. Also my teeth randomly hurt from time to time, on the ones she worked on.. but the other female dentist is wonderful! (She was pregnant) and did an amazing job on my teeth.

Canceled last second on us due to an opinion that affected someone’s feelings. Far from the good business experience that was expected. One star rightfully deserved towards owner. Hygienist/cleaner was excellent though.

The dentist always makes me anxious so my anxiety was already high. Leanne called me back and she was Amazing. She explained to me what she was doing, why and the benefits She was very gentle and gave lots of good advice. She was every encouraging about the importance of regular visits. Dr. Hansen came in and she was wonderful and explained what I needed done at my next appointment both Dr. Hansen and Leanne gave me helpful tips and also helped with financial options. We came up with a plan.

Extremely friendly staff warm welcome when you walk in the door. I’m naturally nervous at dentist and I felt welcomed. Was also booked a ways out for an cleaning(my fault due to rescheduling) and they had a cancellation and called me to see if I wanted an earlier appointment which worked out amazing! I really like how they talk to you and give you a break between things to talk so your not mumbling like a goof. Brittany was amazing!
