I found out that my tooth had bone loss when I went to my general dentist for unbearable tooth pain and I was referred to a periodontist. I did see a periodontist within the same dental clinic, but I felt uneasy with that provider doing an extraction and a new implant tooth on me. They did not educate me enough to understand what happened to my tooth and also what could help me before I made my decision. I could not walk out of that clinic confident that I could trust that provider’s opinion or feel like I'm in good hands.
I decided that I needed a second opinion from another periodontist, so I found Dr. Eslami and his team. I am grateful for this clinic because no referral from my dentist's office had to be placed or else this process would’ve taken longer than usual. Due to my unbearable tooth pain, I was in desperate need of a second opinion and I was able to get an appointment within a week.
Dr. Eslami and his team are wonderful people! They were super thorough in educating, explaining, and recommending when it came to all my concerns and the types of treatments that could be done. Dr Eslami made sure to examine all my teeth, not just the affected tooth. The whole consultation I felt cared for and the whole team treated me like I was their own friend/family member, which made me trust Dr Eslami with my future implant. I look forward to Dr. Eslami and his team on this journey with my new implant.

If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Dr. Eslami and his team are awesome! I saw Dr.Eslami three years ago and the work he did was perfect! I had to have teeth removed, bone grafts, infection cleared and implants. It was a long process but I was educated every step of the way by Dr.Eslami and his staff. Recently I had a root canal done by someone else and the tooth remained painful. I went back to Dr.Eslami after months of unresolved pain. He took x-rays, showed me what he found and created a plan. Tomorrow he will extract the tooth with the root canal, replace some lost bone, provide the implant and “fix” some bone loss on the tooth next to the one he is extracting.
I am 73 years old. I, like many others, do not like going to the dentist. We have had bad experiences in the past when we were young and the memories remain. I will tell you that I look forward to seeing Dr.Eslami and his team. They are so kind, patient and caring all the while remaining professional.
I could not recommend anyone more highly! I am referring two of my friends tomorrow when I see Dr. Eslami. Dr. Eslami is the BEST of the BEST!!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Eslami as he has provided two implants for me and I'm thrilled with the results. And a funny story - on the x-ray (months after my first implant), this image was caught of my "happy" implant. It captures how I feel about Dr. Eslami and his staff!

I cannot say enough about Dr Eslami and his team! In the past few years, I developed an extensive infection around an implant and into the jaw bone which unfortunately was misdiagnosed by another oral surgeon. The pain became unbearable at times. My dentist referred me to Dr Eslami and his team who were able to move me up quickly for the treatment. He handled the procedure like a pro with no extra charge for his gentleness, kindness and laughter with his assistants. Together they turned my difficult situation into one of hope, healing and joy. I am so grateful to Dr Eslami and his staff for giving me back my life.

I had an infected dental implant that needed to be pulled ASAP. Dr. Eslami was able to see me within two business days and pull the tooth two weeks later. Not only did he work swiftly, but he and his assistants were kind, gentle, and took the best care of me.
He also took the time to sit down with me and explain that this infection had migrated to my sinuses, helped me find support to assist in breathing during sleep, and has also connected me to a number of other medical professionals to support me.
To top it off, he texted me the afternoon of my surgery to check in and see how I was doing.
He is the sweetest medical professional I’ve ever encountered. Highly recommended if you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile to provide personalized care.
