About Dr. George E. Arquitt, DDS

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Group in Springfield, Missouri offers dental implant care, including All on 4 and full arch implant treatment, for patients across the Springfield area. The practice, located at 1103 East Montclair Street, Suite 100, provides a full range of oral and facial surgery services, from single tooth implant placement and bone grafting to wisdom tooth removal and corrective jaw surgery. Patients considering implants can expect a surgical team with training specifically in the mouth, jaw, and face, which is the focus of oral and maxillofacial surgery as a specialty.

The Springfield practice is staffed by several oral and maxillofacial surgeons who work together to manage cases ranging from routine extractions to complex full arch implant reconstruction. For patients who have lost most or all of their teeth, the All on 4 and full arch approach is designed to secure a full set of replacement teeth using a small number of strategically placed implants, often reducing the amount of bone grafting needed compared to traditional implant methods. The office also has a second location in Branson, Missouri, giving patients in the wider southwest Missouri region more than one option for scheduling care with the same surgical team.
