My 15 year old dentist and his 16 year old assistant talked so fast I had know idea what was going on. You go in there in agony, they know they can't help you, everything the do is useless because the dentist you actually have to go to is going to do it over. They don't answer the phone and they could care less about you or your pain. Absolutely useless

I have been going to Dr. Slotten for over 3 years. I started with him when a Gainsville dentist informed I would need a root canal and quoted a ridculous price. I went to Dr. Slotten and while it was a longer procedure than normal he was able to refill the cavity at a fraction of the cost. His policy is to save teeth if possible and he accomplishes this in a calm, quiet manner. I have seen many dentists in my 70 years and he is one of the best. The dental hygienists in the Office seem competent and professional.

Never have been here. Won't go there either. Rude, rude receptionist. Called to reschedule an appointment a week in advance, that was for 5 pm, was told, they will no longer make appointments for 5 pm, because of people always canceling. Sorry, I had no choice, didn't do it on purpose. RUDE! Don't like you're job, get another one. Happy to say got another dentist, the receptionist was quite pleasant. Our money spends anywhere.

My mom is always falling apart and he is kind and patient. He is always fixing severe problems with my mom. So I decided to see him and Dr. Slotten and his staff are wonderful.
