I can only say after several years of seeing other dentist, Dr Fincher tops them ALL. He is by far the most compassionate caring person there is when it comes to his patients. He doesn't just hear you, he listens. Dr. Finchers dental work goes above and beyond all others when it comes to his practice. I had a 6 tooth bridge done and they are PERFECT. The entire staff makes you feel like home. I also need to mention Dr. Finchers assistant Beth. She is so easy to talk with and always assure your comfortable and makes you feel at ease. I HIGHLY recommend using Dr. Fincher!!!!

He is an exceptional Dentist. He got me fitted with a mouth piece and now I’m sleepy so much better. The whole office is filled with people who truly care about you and your needs. I highly recommend Dr. Todd Fincher

I recently had to deal with a broken crown, and it was recommended that I get a dental implant. From my limited knowledge, that sounded like a major procedure—one I assumed I couldn’t afford. Because of that, I put off the appointment for over eight months, walking around self-conscious about my missing tooth and hesitant to smile. I was worried about both the cost and the potential health risks. That all changed in the dental practice of Dr. Todd Fincher. He took the time to explain everything in detail with patience and care, which immediately put me at ease. On top of that, the office offered a payment plan that made the financial side manageable and far less stressful. Honestly, this turned out to be a wonderful experience—yes, going to the dentist! Every step of the process was handled slowly and gently, and I always felt comfortable and informed. I highly recommend getting your dental care taken care of as soon as possible at Dr. Todd Fincher’s practice in beautiful downtown Greenwood, Mississippi. You’ll be glad you did.

ROOT CANAL DONE HORRIBLE ! I would not recommend going to Dr. Fincher for a root canal. I had a root canal done on my front tooth, and by the next day it was still visibly not done correctly. I was also initially quoted one price for two teeth, but later that same price was changed to cover only one tooth. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the quality of the work and the pricing experience. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the work & it was done horribly.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Fincher and his entire staff. The girls in the front are so friendly and willing to work with you on appointments and any other concerns you have. Dr. Fincher himself is easy going and very personable. He was very caring toward me when I voiced some anxiety and reassured me all along the way. I was impressed with all his efforts to get my veneers just perfect. His assistant Beth is very knowledgeable and friendly too. I am very pleased and recommend him highly.
