Fran at the front is so kind, funny, and attentive! The entire team is super welcoming and this is by far the best experience i have ever had at a dentist office. Jaycie was my hygienist and she was very thorough but also very gentle and accommodating. I could not recommend her enough! :))

Military families! Stay away from this dental clinic and they are NOT in the network of Tricare Dental Program!
They literally scammed me!!!
I called in to schedule an appointment in the mid-May, and I told them very clearly I have Tricare dental and asked them if they accept Tricare. They said yes they do accept Tricare and then set up my appointment on June 22.
I showed up and checked in, then the front desk asked me to pay $100 copay, I told them Tricare covers 100% on the annual exam and x-ray and cleaning twice a year. Then they told me oh we are NOT in the Tricare network and you need to pay a copay $100!
WHAT!!! WHY DID NOT TELL ME ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED THE FIRST TIME???!!!!
I said then I do not want to proceed with the appointment and about to walk out, the manager saw that I was about to leave, she said oh I can just bill your insurance and waive the copay, since you are already here, I do not want to turn you away. We will just do the x-ray and you can take the images to another dental which is in the network. I accepted and proceeded with the x-ray.
I was SO WRONG!! I really really should have left! Later of the day I found another dentist on Tricare Dental Program website and called them and told them what happened earlier today. I was told that: 1) they would need to do their own full mouth X-ray and not accepting what other dentist has done due to liability 2) Tricare only covers full mouth x-ray once every year, I would need to pay out of pocket for the second one.
This place wants to make money so bad that they totally abused my insurance coverage! They knew clearly I had Tricare and they could not do any cleaning or needed treatment for me! Even they waived the $100 copay but they submitted $$$ claim to my insurance! Yeah, they got paid from insurance! Now I have to pay for another X-ray out of pocket!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING PLACE!!!

Dr. Patel, Patricia and Jasmine were all amazing! I came in for an extraction and was super nervous as I’m usually sedated for any type of dental work but this time I wasn’t. Everyone was super patient and understanding. Dr. Patel asked me several times throughout my procedure if I was okay which made feel safe and very cared for. All around great team! Super friendly and very supportive! 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I really enjoyed my gingivitis cleaning, Ashley was an absolute pleasure to work with, despite the grossness of the numbing gel. They also set me up with a night guard and that process was incredibly smooth, no gross putty impression taken it was scanned. The front desk is also very friendly and helpful, explained everything to a T. Definitely appreciate the practice as a whole. I do miss the old doctors but the Drs who took over are as equally great as well, glad the practice is in good hands!

About Dual Arc Dental
Dual Arc Dental is a family dental practice in Schertz, Texas, that includes dental implants among its range of services. The practice describes implants as a long-term option for replacing missing teeth, noting that tooth loss can affect eating, speech, and confidence, and that implants are designed to look natural, feel secure, and support better function. Dual Arc Dental is a locally owned, husband-and-wife practice that has served the Schertz community for over a decade, offering care that spans preventive, cosmetic, restorative, implant, and emergency dentistry under one roof.
Patients considering implants can expect the practice's broader approach to carry over into that care: clear communication about treatment options, a calm and comfortable environment, and a team that takes time to explain each step before treatment begins. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., with same-day emergency appointments available when needed. The practice also offers payment plan options and insurance support to help patients understand costs before starting treatment.
