So far so good. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I avoided going to a dentist for 8 years after a really bad experience. The front desk staff at Element Dental were cheerful and friendly. The dental hygienist was amazing and gentle. Also very honest and attentive to my distress from past bad experience. She switched the dentist I was scheduled to see because I did not feel comfortable seeing a dentist that previously worked for the practice where I had the bad experience. The dentist I saw was friendly and explained my options clearly for the procedures I needed. Also this practice has payment plan options which is awesome! I will definitely return for future appointments. The only thing I wish was more thorough was the explanation of my options. I know nothing about recovery time for an implant. It seems lengthy after I looked some things up but still probably the best long term option.

In my life (Iām 65); Iāve had 12 dentists over the years! Some are good and trusting, and some are working for $$$. I live in Dallas, my other dentist retiredā¦..my son referred me to Dr. Brooke Kuehl in Lufkin. Itās 3 hours drive, but for me; itās worth it!!! I trust Dr. Brooke; Iām going to get 5 Crowns replaced, theyāre porcelain is cracked. (Iāve had those crowns for many years). Dr. Brookeās Hygienist is the best Hygienist Iāve had ever. Iāve had 20 Hygienists over the years; Hygienists always tell you you doing bad brushing-itās a negative message. When I go to Lufkin; I feel better, her is so positive. ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

My first visit so I was early. I was taken back 12 minutes after my appointment time I have only good things to say after my consultation. Cynthia and Calli explained everything I needed to know and Dr Menan made me feel comfortable with our treatment plan.
