Updated Review: The company’s response to my review is inaccurate. This was the first dental office I visited regarding this procedure, and I ultimately scheduled and completed treatment with a different provider, Marketplace Dental. I have also attached a copy of the treatment estimate/receipt for reference, as the company claims they provided multiple pricing options and reduced the cost of treatment by hundreds of dollars. The documentation clearly shows that no such reduction was provided. My purpose in posting this review is not to criticize unnecessarily, but to ensure that others have accurate information when making decisions about their dental care. Based on my experience, I believe patients should carefully verify any pricing and treatment costs before proceeding with this company. Original Review: Complete waste of time. Found them through my insurance portal and during my visit they informed me that I needed my wisdom teeth removed. I asked them about my insurance coverage and they told me my insurance would only cover around $250. They did not offer me any additional ways to lower the cost for the procedure, they tried upcharging me not even giving me the option to elect for things like a lower cost anesthesia (they automatically charged me for the highest one and did not inform me there were other options). Went somewhere else and they immediately told me the cost that my insurance would cover as well as all my options related to lowering the price for service. Waste of time and they will charge you more without even offering other options

I typically hate going to the dentist but I will say my experience at this dental office has been great thus far and I’ve had anywhere from a root canal done too, even a tooth pulled. The dentist does great work and I’ve been to enough dentists to know the difference! But he also has truly the best staff. Jay at the front desk is always SOO nice and friendly plus accommodating with my crazy work schedule … she also is extremely knowledgeable with my insurance so she makes sure i never pay a dollar more than I’m supposed to and that goes a long way in my book! His assistants Lori, Thomas, and Maribell are truly the best as well. Maribell made sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain the entire time and always checking in with me. Even when I had a bad taste in my mouth she made sure I got mouth wash to rinse and brought me a water to drink making sure I was good and comfortable. It’s one thing for someone to do their job but I could really feel that she cared which made me feel comfortable! Lastly I thought it was super cool of Thomas to strike up a personal conversation with me while he was getting my temporary implants ready! Really helped me take my mind off of the fact that I was at the dentist. Plus my temporary implants came out great … they feel great and look great one could say he’s even an artist with his craft! Truly I would recommend this dentist to everyone I know. 10 out of 10 for me!

First time going here as the VA set the appointment for me. Very nice facility with the newest technology. The staff was super friendly, but I do want to give a shout out to Maribel. She made the visit as she was very friendly, talkative, and did an excellent job. Plus she likes Jeeps 😂

The Staff is extremly Professional, Efficient, Kind and clean. They made my experience a Great one!!! I highly recommend our Local to Canyon Lake Dentistry Team!!!! Thank you Staff

So far so good! The VA is paying Elsinore Smiles for a deep clean, crown, cavity fillings, and they have been doing a great job over the past couple weeks. Few more visits to go and I'll have a whole new smile!
