Dr. Seul and his staff are truly amazing. When it’s your child’s first surgery, you hope for the best possible outcome — and we could not have asked for anything better. My daughter was extremely nervous about having her wisdom teeth removed, and from the moment we walked in, the entire team went above and beyond to make her (and my husband and me) feel comfortable, informed, and supported. During the consultation, we immediately knew we were in exceptional hands. Dr. Seul is not only highly qualified with extensive experience — including a medical degree — but he is also incredibly warm, patient, and reassuring. His calm, comforting presence made all of us feel safe and confident that our daughter was receiving the best care possible. The staff continued that same level of care, and even once we were home they called every day to check on her recovery and answer any questions. Their kindness and attentiveness made a stressful situation so much easier. For something as important as your child’s first surgery, this team delivered the best experience we could have hoped for. We highly recommend Dr. Seul and his office to everyone.

Having oral surgery is no fun to begin with but the staff at Encinitas Oral Surgery is outstanding and they will put your mind at ease. Dr Seul and his fine staff are friendly, professional and efficient at what they do. The facility is top shelf and so is the care you receive. I could not be happier with the outcome.

I'm just finishing my SECOND implant with Dr. Suel and staff and I am struck each time by how synchronized and smooth, like a well oiled machine...they read each other's minds, all the time pausing to check in with patient to see if they're comfortable. I can't say enough about this office...My daughter and her family of three boys have also benefited from their tender care. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your expertise...Erin Wilson

I only have wonderful things to say about Encinitas Oral Surgery. I was searching for an oral surgeon in-network with my insurance to remove my four wisdom teeth, and I was lucky enough to find this top-notch practice through Google. The excellent reviews immediately caught my attention. From the very beginning, I truly appreciated the care and attention I received in my first emails and phone calls with Susan. She is such a lovely and friendly person and answered all my questions and concerns with so much patience. That first interaction already gave me confidence that I was in good hands. Dr. Seul demonstrated the same level of professionalism, care, and expertise throughout the process. The surgery was successful, and surprisingly, my recovery has been incredibly smooth — I experienced virtually no pain. I’m very grateful for the entire team and highly recommend Encinitas Oral Surgery to anyone needing oral surgery. Thank you for such excellent care!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Saul and his office manager Susan and their incredible care. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Susan has a calm, reassuring presence that immediately takes away any anxiety. Dr. Saul took the time to explain every step, answers questions patiently, and makes sure I am comfortable throughout the entire visit. What truly stands out is his assurance and confidence — I felt that I am in very capable hands. His professionalism, gentle approach, and genuine concern for his patients make my initial appointment a positive experience. I’m so grateful to have found an oral surgeon / dental implants who combines expertise with such kindness and compassion. Highly recommended!

About Encinitas Oral Surgery

Encinitas Oral Surgery is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice located at 320 Santa Fe Drive, Suite 304 in Encinitas, California. The office serves patients from Encinitas, Carlsbad, Escondido, Fallbrook, Oceanside, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, San Marcos and the rest of San Diego County. The practice focuses on the full scope of oral surgery, including dental implant surgery, bone grafting, sinus lifts, wisdom tooth removal, simple and complex tooth extractions, oral pathology and biopsy, exposure of impacted teeth, and pre-prosthetic surgery. Intravenous sedation and general anesthesia are offered in the office, and the surgical staff has received advanced education to assist with these procedures.

For patients considering dental implants, the practice describes implant placement as a team effort between the oral surgeon and the patient's restorative dentist. Dr. Seul performs the implant surgery, any initial tooth extractions, and bone grafting when needed, while the patient's own dentist fits and makes the final replacement teeth. The site notes that single stage implants can be placed, and that in some situations an implant can be placed at the same time as a tooth extraction to reduce the number of procedures. Options for patients missing all upper or lower teeth, including implant supported overdentures, are also described. The practice accepts CareCredit financing and provides patient education materials on implant costs, aftercare, and common implant questions.
