I had an outstanding experience at Entrust Oral Surgery in Escondido. This is by far one of the cleanest and most professional oral surgery offices I have ever visited. Their facility is spotless, modern, and equipped with true state-of-the-art dental and surgical equipment. You can immediately tell they operate at a very high standard. I was originally scheduled for an extraction on March 19, 2026, but I was in a lot of pain. The team went above and beyond to move appointments around and get me in on February 23, 2026. That level of care and urgency meant everything to me. They truly care about their patients. My tooth extraction was done fast, smooth, and virtually stress-free. The oral surgeon was highly skilled, and the entire staff made the process easy and comfortable. Adriana was absolutely top-notch. She goes above and beyond for patients, making sure everything is organized, explained clearly, and handled with kindness and professionalism. Her customer service alone sets this Escondido oral surgery office apart from competitors. If you are looking for the best oral surgeon in Escondido for tooth extraction, dental surgery, or emergency dental care, I highly recommend Entrust Oral Surgery. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Entrust Oral Surgery and their entire team. My daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed, and from the very beginning, they made us feel completely cared for and supported. They were there for her every step of the way, and I especially appreciated knowing that we could reach someone after hours when we had questions or concerns. That kind of care and accessibility gave me so much peace of mind as a parent. The doctor and the entire staff were kind, professional, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable and doing well throughout her recovery. I am incredibly grateful for all of their help and care. I highly recommend Entrust Oral Surgery to anyone looking for an excellent doctor and an amazing team. I came here today and had an appointment with Dr. Nelson. He was very professional, educational, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions. I was extremely nervous to come to this appointment because of oral trauma I've experienced in the past, but this appointment went much better than expected. Thank you for making this experience better for me. I recommend this place. Accessibility: the parking lot is all flat ground with tons of parking, a single pull door to enter the building, then everything else is also flat ground from there! Very accessible.

I 100% recommend entrust oral surgery! My teenage son got his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Richard Foote. He was incredible! He did such a thorough job and made sure my son was comfortable and understood the whole process. He got the best care! Dr. Foote has wonderful bedside manner and cares about his patients’ comfort. My son had a great recovery. I’m really glad I took him to entrust oral surgery and fully recommend them!

Best experience by far! Starting with the friendly check in staff that greet you with warm welcoming smiles, they automatically made me and my daughter (patient) feel a little more at ease just walking in. The procedure was already terrifying enough but the way Dr. Nelson was so patient and the way he explains everything in such friendly and calm reassuring manner, it just made us trust him instantly. He is so careful and walks you through every step before he does it. He has such a special approach that I appreciated so much. My daughter was so comfortable. There is no one else I would trust more for any future oral care than Dr. Nelson and his team! Thank you all for the wonderful care and experience! You provide such a pleasant atmosphere, and you can tell everyone there truly enjoys their jobs, because it shows. Berenice the Office Manager was amazing!! Such a kindhearted, loving and genuine personality shined through when she explained and broke down everything for me as far as billing. Overall, this office really surpassed all of my expectations. I wish you and your office nothing but blessings and continued success Dr. Nelson! You guys are THE BEST!!!
