Excellent service. When coming in for some uncomfortable medical situations you expect to be nervous and not comfortable. Working with Jessie and the whole team I was always greeted with positivity, warmth, comfort and good sense of humor! Went in for a consultation the day after my dentist had recommended them to do my Wisdom teeth extraction AND THEN scheduled the extraction the very next day after the consultation. They are flexible and available. Quick and easy and to the point for someone like me. They offered great customer service and a kind attitude to help first timers such as myself. Highly recommend.

This is the most amazing Dental practice I've ever visited. Dr Wightman did my first extraction 8 years ago and it was a wonderful experience. So much so that I flew in from out of state specifically for my 2nd oral surgery! I kid you not, in on Thurs at 1pm for the consult, and back in for the extraction Friday morning. The entire experience was wonderful, and this is the only dental office I've ever said that about! The staff were incredible and really made you feel at home. It will always be worth a flight from out of state!! If I could give them more stars, they'd be limitless. Go see them! They truly are the best!!馃グ

I found the entire staff to be very kind hearted and understanding. I had an appointment on July 10 at 7 AM at the South Hill location and I was met at the Front Desk with much friendliness and all my questions being answered. When I went into the back room. I had elected to have the surgery done without anesthesia and started to have regrets and get very nervous. The doctor and his assistance were really kind to me and inspired a feeling of calm and lessened my worry. Unfortunately, we were not able to switch over to anesthesia because I had eaten breakfast that morning. But, the staff and Dr were willing to reschedule if I needed to. I decided to move forward with the surgery.As the procedure moved forward, the doctor explained what he was doing, and this gave me further confidence. At one point, I began to perspire and right away he asked how things were going and had his assistant turned the air-conditioning down which remedied the problem. He also took time to let me have a breather in between the procedure he was doing, which was very helpful also. their experience as a Medical team really did show that morning. When the procedure was nearing completion, he was sure to let me know that he was finishing up and gave me answers to all questions I had. it turned out that there was nothing to be afraid of because he did such a good job numbing me up that I did not feel any pain at all. If the staff reads this, I would just like to say thank you so much. The ladies are very sweet and knowledgeable and the Dr is a great one!

My consultation visit was great. From the moment of initial contact with the front desk staff. The lobby waiting area is very comfortable. Nice clean restroom and beautiful office altogether. The clinical staff is amazing. After visiting a different provider for my procedure, I 馃挴 feel this office is my best choice! 10/10 recommend
