I am writing this review on behalf of my sister because she is in so much pain that she is unable to write it herself.
She had an emergency appointment on 7/7/2026 and left feeling completely ignored and unheard. During her visit, Dr. Li told her she needed a cleaning but said they didn’t have time because they would be going to lunch soon. It was heartbreaking to hear that lunch seemed to be a bigger priority than a patient who was in severe pain and unable to eat.
My sister repeatedly explained that she wanted the tooth extracted because the pain had become unbearable. Instead of listening to her concerns, Dr. Li simply gave her a referral to an endodontist. The dental assistant was trying to ask questions on my sister’s behalf, but Dr. Li abruptly told her, “Okay, no more questions.”
My sister left the office in the same unbearable pain she arrived with, without feeling like anyone truly cared about her condition. She still cannot eat, is suffering every day, and feels like her concerns were dismissed.
A dental office should make patients feel heard, especially during an emergency visit. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. It felt like the focus was on moving patients through the office rather than providing compassionate care. We are deeply disappointed and would not recommend this office to anyone seeking empathy or urgent dental treatment.

I want to preface this by saying I really am not one who likes confrontation or just negativity in general so the fact that I went ahead and posted this also says a lot. I also know it was not their intention to forget about me, They are busy, but if you have to go make sure you have all day. I had high hopes as a new patient, but this was a mess. Checked in early for an 11:30 appointment, and after a panel x-ray, I was stuck waiting. Two hours later, still no treatment, but they were ready with a care plan (for what, I have no clue). Plus, they sent me a review link while I was still waiting. After over two and a half hours, I walked out.

Took my son in for an exam, cleaning, and a bump on his gum. The dental assistant went in and polished his teeth, she was very friendly. The Dentist came in after, looked at his X-rays then looked at his teeth and said he needed to have two teeth pulled. I asked about the abcess on his gum, he touched it and said "ahh, im not sure, it could be a tooth or something like that. Not really sure. Just come back in a week or two and have it checked out again." Then goes on to say let's start pulling out the teeth. My son asked if he was going to numb it and the Dentist told him yes but not with needle because they dont use needles. He then got a gel and put it on a q-tip wiped it on his gum 3-4 times and grabbed my son's tooth with his hand and pulled it out. Didn't give it time to kick in or numb. My son felt the whole thing!!! At that point I told him we didnt need to pull the other one out, because I wasn't going to let him pull it without out the proper numbing routine they do.
When he speaks you cant understand anything he says and his body hygiene is very bad, especially for a dentist. I will not be going back and I suggest not taking your children here either.
If i could give -0 stars I would.

This is a clean and friendly office. The employees are competent and professional. The Dr. was kind and gentle. It was a pleasant experience. Actually relaxing in there watching animals around the world on a tv in front of your chair.

I wish I could give negative a million stars. Staff is friendly, but .. the dentist is so rough. The assistant left the room and he was working alone which means I swallowed all my blood among whatever else, it’s been a week and I have lockjaw now. I cannot open my mouth. I’m in excruciating pain. I can’t eat. Can’t sleep. Can’t drink. Can’t even swallow without wincing in pain. I have cuts all over my mouth. This is the most pain I’ve ever been in and it’s constant. I was up crying for hours tonight. It’s 4 am and literally I am just crying laying here in pain. My throat, jaw, temples , neck, gums, ears, everything hurts so so bad. All they gave me was ibuprofen which doesn’t help at all. On top of that they send my meds to the wrong pharmacy in another town even tho I asked 4 times for my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. Then when I drove there to pick it up it was something I am allergic to and told them I was allergic to. I’m so scared to go back for my appointment next month. I’m a grown adult. I have a high pain tolerance. I’ve given birth , this is worse. The dentist rushed through, being so freaking aggressive. I cannot bear this pain anymore. It’s constant agony. I don’t even know when or if this lockjaw will go away. I can’t even open my mouth enough to eat soup. I’m going to the ER soon if it doesn’t get better.
