Tracy was great. However, uncharacteristic to previous visits with another FFD provider, (this was a make-up) on Monday, I was given floride tx and charged accordingly. Why the change from my conventional cleaning with Lori? It happened so fast I didn't think to decline it. I would have. Also, I don't remember experiencing a CA screening of the type described by my wife who herself is a dental hygenist. This was another charge. I suspect that these 2 are systemic billing protocols which come as a surprise I don't appreciate. It results in cognitive dissonace about the appointment which is unfortunate. That said, Tracy did good work and I appreciate the senior discount. I'm also better informed for my next visit and will be more circumspect. I hope this helps you evaluate processes. Thanks

If youre not a patient of Family First Dental, question is why not??
The staff, upon greeting you as you walk in, to the financial advisor Lisa who understands procedures, costs, requirements along with front desk staff are knowledgeable with all procedures likewise. Our Dentist, Raquel Kafentzis, DDS, was so caring, thorough, walked me and my son through the whole process, made sure he was comfortable with the sensitivity of every procedure he had done. They do not rush to get done, they all take their time with their patients and do not rush. I've been going to Family First Dental with Dr. Olsen since I was 8yrs old and now my family goes to them. Highly recommend Family First Dental.

I had a filling that fell out the week of Christmas and didn't take care of it for a couple of months (no pain). As always theTeam at Family First was able to accommodate an early appointment and had me in, out, and on my way to the office in less than an hour. They're professional and thorough, with a friendly bedside manner. They will bury you with text reminders of your appointment, which I think is amusing and adorable. I tease them about it, but as an absent-minded professor type, it's really helpful to me.

My 6 month cleaning was completed in a friendly and professional manner. They were on time and as usual completed a thorough cleaning and exam of my teeth. I would highly recommend this office for any dental issues.

Came in twice for dental cleaning. Dentist and assistant treated great. Professional. Everything was quick and easy! Only improvement could be in the check out lady behind the counter, both times I came in she didn’t seem happy at all and didn’t even crack a smile. It’s ok , maybe shes going thru something or just doesn’t like her job 🤷♂️
