This clinic is absolutely amazing. I was referred here after seeing my dentist and another specialist, so I was a a bit hesitant to see a third person for the same issue. Scheduling was easy and they managed to get me in rather quickly. Front desk staff is so nice and answered the numerous questions I had. The dental assistants are so friendly throughout the whole process as well. Today I had a biopsy done and everyone was so reassuring throughout the whole process. My nerves were getting the best of me but they were so helpful and one even held my hand during the procedure. I’m so so thankful and impressed at not just the customer service, but the genuine care from all the staff. This is a team that cares about what they do.

I had my wisdom teeth extraction at First Coast Oral Surgery with Dr. Skigen last week. I’m giving four stars because the procedure itself went well, and I’ve had no post-extraction issues. Before the procedure, I received many texts about preparation. But afterward, no clinician or Dr. Skigen followed up. The only follow-up was immediately after surgery from the tech who assisted me. Dr. Skigen only saw me before sedation, with no personal follow-up to me or my wife. While some of the staff that took care of me seemed new, one tech was excellent. The care was good, but the lack of continued communication leaves me uncertain if I’d return.

Had a follow-up to my tooth extraction today to begin the implant procedure. After a thorough review of the xray Dr Skigen felt further intrusion into the gum could potentially compromise the nearby sinus. Since the area was in the back of my mouth and I hadn’t been bothered with eating etc., he made it clear I could forgo the implant. His honesty and professionalism are exceptional!!

I had an outstanding experience at First Coast Oral Surgery Center with Dr. Francois. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They made me feel comfortable and well-informed every step of the way.
The level of service I received was truly above exceptional. Dr. Francois and his assistant was not only skilled and thorough, but also took the time to ensure I felt at ease and understood my treatment.
I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of oral surgery—you will be in excellent hands!

Employee on call was very professional - she listened, confirmed, quickly took action, & followed up to keep me in the loop. Great service!
Also, the receptionist who checked me in & the assistant for my procedure were both excellent! They explained everything clearly & made sure that I was satisfied & comfortable. Again, great service!
