Dr Fish and his staff are quite possibly the most professional medical staff I've encountered in the last 20+ years. The motto of this office is "treat others as you would want to be treated" and they definitely live up to this. The staff has a high level of compassion and empathy, right down to the design of their waiting room which has a large, calming fish tank in it.
I am an extremely nervous patient with anxiety disorder and needed an implant. I had been putting it off 10+ months and cancelled a procedure at another office due to nerves. From the minute I met Dr Fish during the consultation, I felt relaxed and I knew this was the professional I wanted to do my procedure.
You will not find anyone with more experience. The office staff is friendly and competent. Dr Fish expertly handled my anxiety and immediately got me sedated during the procedure. He contacted me personally later that day to make sure I was OK, which I very much appreciated. He uses a Yomi robot to assist him for the highest level of accuracy.
I am 10 days post procedure and everything is healing beautifully -- the pain and swelling after the procedure were extremely minimal and I only took 1 Tylenol. I did opt to get the Experel post-procedure numbing option so that was a good investment.
Overall you cannot go wrong with this practice. I highly recommend them. 馃檪

I had an excellent wisdom teeth removal experience with Dr. Fish and the team. From the consultation through surgery, everyone was very kind and professional. Dr. Fish explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable with the treatment plan. I truly appreciate the compassion and expertise of the entire office and would highly recommend Dr. Fish to anyone needing oral surgery. He is extremely thorough and checked in with me during my recovery process!

This is by far one of the most professional friendly and caring offices I have received care from in the Valley. Dr. Sarhangian is just amazing. I have had a number of dental implants done by Dr. Sarhangian and was offered and given Exparel, a non-narcotic pain medication, at the close of my procedures, only requiring ibuprofen and Tylenol after 72 hours. What a game changer!!! The entire staff in this office is top notch. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the treatment you will be receiving. Feels like family. I can sincerely give them my highest recommendation!

I was referred to Dr. Fish for a tooth extraction. My experience with him and his staff was exceptional. Dr. Fish is an excellent practitioner with a pleasant bedside manner. He encouraged questions and discussion. His medical support staff and office staff exhibited the same level of excellence. My tooth extraction was entirely pain free, both during the procedure and my recovery. I had a trip scheduled and he arranged the follow up visit to meet my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend his practice to anyone.

Dr. Les Fish did an absolutely amazing job removing my 19-year-old son鈥檚 wisdom teeth鈥攁ll four at once. The entire experience exceeded our expectations.
He had the procedure on a Monday and experienced little to no pain throughout his recovery, which was incredible.
Dr. Fish used a Journavx-based treatment along with an additional non-narcotic approach to manage pain, and the results were outstanding.
My son was able to enjoy Spring Training games that same week without discomfort, which meant the world to us.
We are so grateful for Dr. Fish鈥檚 expertise, care, and innovative approach. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery.

Dugoni School of Dentistry and her medical degree at the University of Connecticut, where she also completed a general surgery certificate and her oral and maxillofacial surgery residency. She joined the Chandler practice in 2018 and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
