Here’s a short, warm review you can post: I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Shapiro, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The procedure was smooth, completely pain-free, and my recovery has been great so far. Dr. Shapiro was professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. A special thank you to Katherine as well—she was absolutely wonderful! She helped ease my nerves, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend Dr. Shapiro and Katherine to anyone needing dental care. Thank you both for such an amazing experience!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Theiss! He did my reconstructive jaw surgery and everything from my sleep, my grinding, my breathing while sleeping, my everyday relaxation in my jaw has improved dramatically. The surgery and months leading up to it can be incredibly scary, but Dr. Theiss was always there to answer every question I had. Even during the surgery he updated my mom in the waiting room every hour as he promised. He was there the next morning at the hospital to check on me. He truly cares about his patients and is genuinely happy to make his patients feel better.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Shapiro and his team. From my initial consultation through the completion of my procedure, I was consistently impressed by the professionalism, clarity of communication, and evident expertise at every stage of treatment. Dr. Shapiro took the time to explain my procedure thoroughly, addressing all of my questions and easing any apprehension I had going into surgery. The quality of care extended well beyond the procedure itself — the follow-up attentiveness during my recovery reflected a genuine commitment to patient wellbeing. Had a great experience here. Office is very clean and chic. The ladies were so calming when i was nervous getting my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Shapiro was kind, professional and did a great job. shout out to Sarah, Erica Laya for being the best!

My experience with Dr. Theiss was wonderful. I had my two upper wisdom teeth removed, and I was honestly surprised that I didn’t experience swelling or much pain afterward. My past experiences at other places weren’t the best, so this made a huge difference for me. The staff was very caring, and Dr. Theiss was also just one phone call away if I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this office!
