I work with the special needs population, and I was recommended to this Office for dental care for my clients. I had nothing but good experiences with this Office. One of my clients needed to have a procedure done in the hospital. It was a long process, but it was worth the wait. My client oral surgery went well. I even had a couple of my clients had implants done by Dr. Smith which was excellent work. All I can say is great work doctor. The staff at this office is very professional kind and respectful and I will continue to recommend and acquire services from this establishment.

I was referred to Dr. Theiss by Dr. Laurie and he was amazing if I could leave 10 stars I would. The whole process was smooth staff was friendly and welcoming. He explained the whole process step by step. I highly recommend!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I arrived and not a single customer was inside and now I know why.. poor customer service. The 2 women at the front desk actually MOCKED a patient who called in to ask could she come in later than her appointment after getting off the phone like I wasn’t there or wouldn’t respond. Also the wait time was 45 mins and I was the only person there, LAST and most IMPORTANTLY this office REQUIRES non approved procedures from Liberty Dental (Medicaid) or they won’t do the extraction. I don’t feel comfortable continuing treatment here and switched to a surgeon who WILL follow only approved authorizations only. Don’t waste your time or money here 👎🏾

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, easing my nervousness. Dr. [Name] is a true professional - explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. 🌟
The facility is top-notch and designed for patient comfort. Recovery was a breeze, thanks to the excellent post-op care I received.
If you’re looking for skilled oral surgeons who genuinely care, look no further! Highly recommend!

Dr. Smith is a great and quality oral surgeon but his chairside manner isn't the greatest. He's short and sweet and to the point which I personally like. I had my upper teeth removed by him and I'm totally satisfied by his oral surgery work which was done in the middle of September of 2023. I'm healing well and have had no problems so far. The staff Yvonne and Samara were absolutely wonderful. Yvonne goes out of her way for you to have the "best" experience while you are there and takes care of your insurance acceptance so you are able to get the procedures that you need done. This Oral Surgery office does require a deposit to ensure you keep the appointment! I also liked they were close by my house so it took a short time to get home from their office and into bed faster!!!
