The clinic is very clean, and the front desk staff are fast and attentive. I had called some time ago to schedule a dental cleaning, but the earliest available appointment was in April next year, which shows how busy and popular they are! Still, they kindly put me on the waiting list and called yesterday to let me know there was an opening for today. I thought that was great, and of course, I went!
Sheila was my hygienist, super professional, gentle, and very friendly. I loved the service! I was seen quickly, and everything went very smoothly. At the end, they even gave me a little gift to take care of my teeth, and also they accept military insurance dental.

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM and I called ahead to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late, but nobody answered the phone. When I arrived about 20 minutes late, they refused to see me or even try to accommodate me. I explained that I’m dealing with severe dental pain, I can’t sleep at night, and I barely managed to take time off work, but the staff was extremely rude and showed zero empathy.
This place clearly does not care about patients who are genuinely suffering. Very unprofessional experience and a complete waste of my time. I do not recommend Forest Park Dental to anyone.

Was told to call this office, because they provide emergency dentistry. I was informed the soonest the dentist could see me was in a week. I asked I thought your office provided emergency emergency dentistry and I am in pain. I was told they do and that was the soonest I could be seen. Don't offer a service if it's not provided! This is what the website says- Are You in Pain?

This was my first visit to Forest Park Dental and everything was wonderful. The front desk ladies were helpful and friendly, my cleaning was great and my hygienist, Alyssa, was wonderful.

I've been going to Forest Park Dental in Panama City, Florida, and every visit feels like catching up with friends-they greet you by name and make you comfy right away. The staff takes time to chat and explain everything, keeping the vibe relaxing with great ambiance throughout. My hygienist and dentist are pros; they handle my teeth with such care, no rush or pain. Honestly, they're amazing at prepping appointments too-everything's spot on before I even arrive!

Forest Park Dental is a family dental practice located at 2620 Jenks Avenue in the heart of Panama City, Florida. The office provides general, cosmetic, and restorative care for patients of all ages, including dental implants, Invisalign clear aligners, tooth-colored fillings, ceramic crowns and bridges, root canal treatment, extractions, and teeth whitening. For patients with missing teeth, the practice's dental implant services include single tooth implants, implant-supported bridges, and the All-on-4 full arch implant procedure, which the practice describes as a way to restore an entire row of teeth. Meet the Doctors
Forest Park Dental is led by two dentists, Dr. Jenna Pascoli and Dr. Krista Thompson. Dr. Pascoli earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University, a Master's in Biology from Georgia State University, and graduated in the inaugural class of the LECOM School of Dental Medicine in 2016. She is an alumna of the Pankey Institute, received the Florida Dental Association's New Dental Leader Award in 2021, and has advanced training in implants, cosmetic dentistry, Botox and dermal fillers, and infant lip and tongue tie release. Dr. Krista Parker Thompson was born and raised in Port St. Joe, Florida, and has practiced dentistry in Panama City since 2016. She earned her bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Troy University and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Bay County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and has advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, Botox, dermal fillers, and infant tongue and lip tie release.
