I’ve been a patient here for a while, and overall I’ve had a good experience with the office staff and hygienists. The hygienists are friendly, and make me feel comfortable in my visits. Their kindness is a big reason I’ve continued coming back. My only concern is the communication with the dentist. I often feel like appointments are very rushed, and most of the explanations about my treatment or next steps come through the hygienist rather than directly from the dentist. I would appreciate more one-on-one communication with him, especially regarding what he sees, what treatments are being done, and any recommendations moving forward. I understand that dental offices are busy and that providers are balancing many patients, but having a few more moments of direct communication would make a big difference. I want to feel more involved and heard as a patient rather than feeling like I’m simply moving through the schedule. Overall, the office has a caring team. I hope this feedback helps improve the patient experience even further

Came here as a new patient after making an appointment over the phone, and the experience was fantastic! I was able to get a last minute appointment and was told to arrive 20 minutes early to complete paperwork. I arrived 30 minutes early to be safe, not expecting to be seen right away but as soon as I finished my paperwork I was called back. The entire staff was very friendly and professional, Laci was exceptional and made it a great first visit! Happy to call this place my new dentist.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and the dentist and team were professional, caring, and thorough. They made my son and I feel comfortable and well-informed throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best dental office around! They truly make you feel like family and completely ease any dental anxiety. My boys and I gladly drive 30 minutes just to continue our care with Forest Trail, they’re that good. The front desk team is always warm and welcoming, and they genuinely work with you to make treatment affordable. It’s honestly the most fun and comfortable dental office I’ve ever been to. A special shoutout to the Office Manager, Kirstie! She always has a smile on her face and is incredibly helpful. She’s definitely a huge plus to the team!

As someone who's new to Texas, finding a great dentist was something I was really nervous about. This is my third visit, and I can honestly say the staff, doctors, and everyone here have been amazing. They are professional, friendly, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!
