I wanted to share my experience so far with Fusion Implant Center in Roseville, CA, because it has honestly exceeded my expectations from the very first appointment. My initial consultation was on January 29th 2026. During that visit they did detailed scans to evaluate how much bone I had for my implant procedure . Dr. Antipov took the time to explain everything very clearly. He told me my bone looked great overall except for the upper right side of my jaw. He explained two options: either place 4 implants now and allow time (around 6-8 months) for the bone to regenerate before placing the 5th, or place all 5 that same day with the 5th implant anchored into my cheekbone, which would cost more. I really appreciated how thoroughly he explained both choices without pressure, and I decided on the first option. Later that same day I returned for the procedure. Yelena handled all of the coordination and paperwork, and she was absolutely fantastic. She always had answers to my questions, made me feel comfortable, and even helped ensure I could maximize my Delta Dental implant benefits, saving me about $3,700. That alone made a huge difference for me. The surgery started around 6 PM that evening. I was placed under sedation and, honestly, when I woke up I had no pain at all. Dr. Antipov is truly an outstanding oral surgeon. The team even arranged an Uber to make sure I arrived safely back to my hotel, which shows how much they care about their patients beyond just the procedure itself. The next morning I still had no pain and returned to the office to receive my temporary All-on-4 teeth. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. I’m very happy with how everything looks and feels so far. Overall, the professionalism, communication, compassion, and skill at Fusion Implant Center has been excellent. I would like to add I did not take one bit of pain medicine and still have not taken one pain pill through two weeks post procedure and have had no pain! I’ll continue updating my experience as I move through the remaining appointments and eventually receive my final zirconia teeth, but at this stage I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I’ve received.

The staff at the clinic are very polite and friendly — that’s probably the only positive thing. We had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 PM but ended up waiting about 45 minutes. After that, they did a tooth X-ray, and we had to wait another 20 minutes before the specialist came to explain the problem. Then we had to wait again just to be told the price. When we called by phone, we clearly explained what the problem was and what needed to be done. However, the price on-site unexpectedly increased by one thousand dollars, which was very disappointing.
