The whole experience was fantastic. From the moment I made the call until I went back to get my temporary arches. The receptionist, the nurses, the dentist were all exceptional and done a terrific job.

My mom recommended this dental office to me since she’s been a patient here and receives her treatment here regularly. Based on her experience, I decided to fly in from Hawaii to California specifically for my appointment. I needed to have two wisdom teeth removed because they were starting to push against my other teeth. They were able to see me right away without a long wait, which I really appreciated. I previously had a wisdom tooth removed in Ukraine, and it took about two hours. Here, both teeth were removed in less than 15 minutes. Just a quick numbing shot and the procedure was done. I was honestly impressed that both teeth were removed cleanly without being broken. The entire team — doctors, assistants, and front desk staff — were professional, efficient, and welcoming. They even gave me little tooth souvenirs for the tooth fairy, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch! Wishing your business continued success and many more happy patients. I’m planning to come back in the future for a deep cleaning. Highly recommend!

Alright, my friends. Do you have dentist anxiety? Have real problems that you are concerned about? Need root canals? I want to share my really positive experience at Fusion. 1. They have stellar customer service. Amazingly calm and helpful in every way. 2. I have priced this stuff out. They are reasonable and will do everything they can to work with you. 3. The best part? Literally NO PAIN. I had extensive procedures and in the past, have had REALLY BAD experiences. They promised no pain and that's what I got. 4. Will you have a bit of uncomfortability? YES. But it never registered as even moderate pain. 5. Hands down, this is my place for the extensive work I need. Very happy.

It started off wonderfully well. I was having tooth pain & was a new patient. I needed a cleaning & possibly a filling or two. I expected to be scheduled weeks or months out but they fit me in within a day. The receptionist was very professional & understanding of my specific limitations due to caregiving for my parents. The person who initially saw me & took X-ray’s was very engaging & nice. Even the doctor who saw me was friendly. After looking at my X-ray’s, which were positioned directly behind me and I was never privy to, the doctor said I had two options. One was braces. I’m 64 mind you. The other was a complete dental implant at a cost of around 30k. No mention of addressing my current situation. Just those two options. And the doctor steered the conversation away from the first option as unrealistic. I walked away not knowing what had just happened. None of my concerns were addressed. If you can afford dental implants then yeah, maybe these guys would be a good fit for you. I was just going in for a routine dental exam as I hadn’t had a cleaning in a couple of years. Wasn’t expecting a sales job. I gave them one star because everyone was friendly and professional. But they certainly weren’t helpful.
