I was very nervous about my visit. The building was clean and inviting. The front desk associate asked if I needed any accommodations to help make my visit comfortable. Some of the options included a blanket, stress ball, pillow, water. Melissa was very calm and reassuring, even when I got emotional. She talked through the process, checked on me, and gave me helpful feedback. The best part, she didnt make me feel horrible for not being the healthiest with my teeth but gave me confidence to do better. I will definitely be back and have no reservations about recommending them.

I have been going to Dr. Paris since she first started her practice and I can tell you that she is a great dentist and person. I live in Warner Robins and drive 89 miles one way to her office and will continue to do so as long as I can. She and her excellent staff shine in the routine visits but they truly set themselves apart when difficult situations arise. I’ve had a lot of dental issues and they have always been able to accommodate my emergencies while getting the job done right. If you want a great dentist with a great staff and a nice personal touch as well, look no further than Gentle Dentistry of Columbus!

I do not recommend this dentistry. They are decent for cleanings and everyone is nice. I am disabled and trusted these doctors with my body and my problem was never fixed no matter how patient I was. After two months of them pushing me to get fillings on non-painful teeth first without explaining why until I switched doctors, they refused to do a filling on the one molar that I came in for that has painful holes in it. Even after days of calling back and being promised calls at specific times, I was genuinely ghosted. When I originally was scheduled to do the filling on the painful molar, Dr. Paris told me it didn't matter and to not worry about it. She opted to adjust my bite by grinding down points on my painful molar. I asked if she could cover up one of the holes on the side and she agreed. I started to only chew on the opposite side to give this molar a break because it was still sensitive. I later was billed for this suggested 'sealant' because I was not under 18, at no point was I made aware of this out of insurance cost until after it was already done. I trusted her judgement and paid with no question as I wanted to believe my problem was solved. When Dr. Paris was explaining why she cares for disabled patients, she told me "you know, I treat every patient well because they are someone's daughter," in reference to me. I do not have to be someone's daughter to receive healthcare, I'm someone and that should be enough. In the end, my tooth was never fixed and I was forced to pay hundreds out of pocket, without consent. Two months wasted and the sensitivity of said problem tooth has only gotten worse.

If I could give Ms. Stephanie 1,000 stars, I would. She isn't just the best dental hygienist, she's the gold standard every other hygienist should aspire to. I've never met someone who is so skilled, gentle, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Somehow she makes getting your teeth cleaned feel relaxing, and you leave wondering why you ever dreaded a dental appointment. Ms. Stephanie has the hands of an artist, the patience of a saint, and the ability to make your smile look and feel incredible. SHE LITERALLY KNOW EVERYTHING. She explains everything clearly, makes you feel completely comfortable, and treats every patient with kindness and respect. Honestly, she's the closest thing dentistry has to a superhero. If you're booking an appointment, do yourself a favor and request Ms. Stephanie. Accept no substitutes. She's the reason I actually look forward to going to the dentist, and I wouldn't trust my smile with anyone else. Absolute legend. Five stars isn't enough.

Gentle Dentistry in Columbus, GA has provided me with an outstanding experience. The VA assigned this clinic for my dental care, and from the first visit, the entire team has been professional, welcoming, and attentive. Dr. Paris has been taking care of my dental work, including two crowns, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism he has shown throughout the process. The staff has worked closely with me to make sure everything has gone smoothly. I would also like to recognize Kiera, the dental assistant, and Stefanie, the dental hygienist, for their excellent support and patient care. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the clinical team, has treated me with kindness and respect. One thing that makes this office unique is the positive atmosphere. The staff sings along to the music playing in the clinic, which creates a relaxed and comfortable environment during appointments. Although I still have a little more dental work to complete, I wanted to take the time to recognize this clinic and thank the entire team for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend Gentle Dentistry to anyone looking for quality dental care and outstanding customer service.
