First time visit for a consultation. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. Mary Beth was thorough and informative and helped me make a decision for my care. Having not been to a dentist in nearly 4 years, I was glad to have found Grand Dental.

Another good day at my dentist office. I am very impressed with the staff, the technicians - all of the professionals that work there. They listen to me and take care of my dental needs. I especially like that today I was given great feedback for ways to improve my dental health. These reminders are helpful and appreciated.

Visit was awesome. I always have an amazing experience with my hygienist and dentist. I actually look forward to my appointments. Thank you so much for the awesome work you do on cleaning prevention and cavities and crowns…. :)

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from the office staff, specifically Danielle. The only reason I knew who I was speaking with was because my mom had a similar negative experience with her previously and recognized her voice. Danielle did not identify herself when answering the phone, which is basic professionalism in a customer facing role. I called simply to confirm some information, and from the moment she answered, her tone was rude and unprofessional. She sounded annoyed that I was calling and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her for asking a simple question. When I asked about a message I had sent, she rudely informed me that I had texted the dentist after business hours and that they "haven't gotten to it yet." Unfortunately, I work during the hours the office is open, and with the office also being closed on Fridays, contacting them after hours is sometimes my only option. Instead of showing understanding, her response came across as irritated. To make matters worse, she ended the call without saying goodbye, thank you, or have a nice day. The entire interaction felt cold and unprofessional. The dentist himself is wonderful, kind, caring, and excellent at what he does which makes this even more disappointing. The quality of patient care provided by the dentist is not reflected in the way patients are treated by certain members of the office staff. Based on my experience and my mother's similar interaction, this appears to be an ongoing issue rather than an isolated incident. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because patients deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

It is always a memorable experience when I visit for my appointment. The staff is very professional and you are treated like family. Dr Fouts is very good with patients. A special thanks to Audrey my hygienist For keeping me on track with my maintenance. Thanks to all.
