I unfortunately had a not-great Invisalign experience- teeth that refuse to move after many sets of aligners. However, all the staff were incredible despite the difficulty. I needed to move across the country at some point during the treatment, but they were very accommodating with me being able to come in whenever I was back in town, shipping new aligners to me out of state, and generally being very kind and amazing.

Finding a good dental practice in Chicago can be tough, but after trying several places, I have finally found a truly great dentist. Dr. Patel was recommended by a friend and he completely lived up to the praise. He is thorough, honest, and very down-to-earth, with zero pressure to upsell. Staff and experience at Grand Dentistry Loop is always spectacular. Friendly staff, efficient and quality work with no sales-pitchness or unnecessary recommendations. Been going for years and specifically try to only go to them whenever I have dental needs !

I’m so glad I found this dental office. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The staff is friendly, organized, and makes you feel at ease right away. The dental hygienist was absolutely amazing — hands down the best I’ve ever had. Professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough. Dr. Patel was great too — knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. This is an outstanding practice, and I couldn’t be happier to be a patient here.

Grand Dentistry serves Chicago's River North and Loop neighborhoods with comprehensive general and cosmetic dental care, from a simple check-up and cleaning to full mouth rehabilitation. The Loop office sits at 105 W Madison Street, Suite 300, close to the financial district and within walking distance of the elevated train, the Metra, and other public transportation. Treatments offered include dental implants, crowns, bridges, root canals, fillings, extractions, veneers, teeth whitening, cleanings, and Invisalign, so patients replacing a missing tooth can have the surrounding restorative and cosmetic work handled in the same practice.
The practice recently added orthodontic services, including metal braces, ceramic braces, and Invisalign for patients of all ages, with complimentary consultations available with a board certified orthodontist at both Chicago locations. New patients are asked to bring an insurance card and photo identification to their first visit, and for those without insurance the practice offers in-house discount plans.
