The Invisalign plan worked perfectly. Dr. Carter designed an Invisalign program for me, which I started in October 2025. Yesterday, I finished the plan duration and got scanned for the retainer which I will continue wearing at night. I had planned visits with Dr. Carter along the way, so she could check on my progress. I’m happy to report that my teeth are now straightened and my bite is correct. I’m a very happy patient!

Let me start by saying I HATE going to the dentist… but enjoy coming here for my dental needs. I have gone here for about 2 years now and have always been treated nice by everyone from the front office / receptionist, hygienist, and the dentist. They are not pushy with selling products or treatments and do a good job with routine cleanings and any procedures needed. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dental office in the area. Will be a returning customer for as long as I’m around. 10/10.

I had such a wonderful experience at Great Oaks Dentistry with Dr. Carter and her entire team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The front desk staff is kind, organized, and efficient, which makes everything smooth and stress-free. Dr. Carter is absolutely amazing. She takes her time to explain everything clearly, patiently answers all your questions, and truly makes you feel comfortable. You can tell she cares deeply about her patients and wants the best outcome for each one. Her professionalism and gentle approach make a big difference, especially if you tend to feel nervous about dental visits. The whole office runs with excellence and warmth. If there was more stars too choose I would. This is the best dentist I have been to in all my 47 years. And for some one that is deathly afraid of dentist is a big deal. The staff is excellent and the dentist she is so great and takes her time and explains everything she is doing. She is the best. I would recommend this place too every one!!!!!!
