Very nice staff. Dr. Kevin gave me the most thorough evaluation and information that I have ever received in an initial visit. Will enjoy, as much as that is possible, working with this dental office.

First time here. They got me in right away. Everyone was very friendly from the front desk to the dental assistant, the doctor and the hygienist. Dr was very friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t try to perform any unnecessary procedures. Cleaning was quick and painless. Office was very nice and clean. Would recommend!

I always have a great experience with Hidden Valley Dental Group. The staff is really professional and welcoming. Dr. Kim is really great at explaining dental treatment and care. Excellent work!

I originally chose this office based on their positive Google reviews. During my visits, the cleanings were thorough, and I found the dentist to be professional and pleasant. Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively impacted by the passive aggressive behavior with the front office staff as well as an issue with my permanent retainer installation. On several occasions, I had difficulty getting clear answers regarding treatment costs and insurance coverage before services were performed. It often felt like questions about pricing were met with reluctance, and irritated attitude, leaving me uncertain about what I would owe until after the appointment. My husband also experienced billing issues when he was told a cleaning was not covered by insurance and was nearly charged, only to later have to call The insurance company himself and confirm that the service was in fact covered. While these experiences were frustrating, they were not the main reason I decided to leave a review. About a year ago, I paid out of pocket to have my permanent retainer reattached after it came loose while flossing. Prior to them rebonding my retainer it had been in place for over 10 years without any issues, and my teeth had remained stable throughout that time. At a recent visit with a different dental office, I was informed that the retainer had not been reattached correctly and my teeth had shifted. I was told I would need a new retainer and additional treatment to now correct the issue of the shift. Learning this was extremely disappointing, especially considering I paid out of pocket for the original repair and now face additional expenses. I did not initially plan on leaving a negative review because I was generally happy with the cleanings and had no concerns with the dentist personally. However, after my experiences with the front office and the issues surrounding my retainer repair, I feel it is important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. My hope is that the office improves its communication, transparency regarding costs and insurance, and overall attention to patient care.

I had switched to Hidden Valley Dental group for my dental care. They called me when a spot opened up so I was able to get in earlier than my scheduled appointment. Everyone at the office was courteous and efficient and I was seen right away. The doctor and hygienist took time to explain things to me. I was satisfied with the treatment plan and the overall first experience.
