Exceptional Experience at High Desert Oral & Facial Surgery
I was referred to High Desert Oral & Facial Surgery for the removal of all four of my wisdom teeth, a procedure my regular dentist strongly recommended. From the beginning, I was quite nervous, but scheduling my appointment with Dr. Burke was fast, easy, and very efficient.
Dr. Burke and his team—especially Crystal and Melissa—were exceptionally professional, comforting, and reassuring throughout the entire process. On the day of my procedure, they made me feel genuinely cared for, as if I were one of their own patients for many years. They took the time to explain each step in detail and guided me calmly through the entire procedure.
Although I arrived feeling anxious, I left the office feeling great. My recovery was smooth, with no pain or swelling, and the aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow.
I highly recommend High Desert Oral & Facial Surgery to anyone in need of oral surgery. Their professionalism, compassion, and expertise truly set them apart. I would not hesitate to return to them for any future needs.

I took a family member in for evaluation of a mass in a salivary gland. Dr Kaleem did a CT in the office after examining her and taking a history. He diagnosed salivary stones and told her how to manage them. I was impressed with his expertise- his kindness, intelligence, efficiency, thoroughness, and professionalism. Recommend highly.

I am incredibly impressed with Dr. Siew and the staff at High Desert Oral & Facial Surgery. Prior to the procedure, Dr. Siew thoroughly communicated the results of the assessment and provided explanations for each potential plan. I opted for the extraction/implant. During that procedure, Dr. Siew detailed each step and kept the process very comfortable and as pain-free as possible, and they kept my anxieties to a minimum. Let's be honest: getting your teeth pulled (or, really, going to the dentist for most reasons) is no walk on the beach, but Dr. Siew and his team did an outstanding job.
The staff at HDO&F have also been incredibly accommodating since the procedure. The follow-up care has been great. The surgeon himself took the time to phone and check in on the healing and even took the time two weeks later to check in via email.
If you're faced with the need for oral surgery, choose High Desert Oral & Facial Surgery. They provide exceptional service and do a great job of communicating every step along the way.

This is best surgery and doctors too. I love this a lot! I’ll give a 100 time best a doctor and surgery both. You should trying to see best the doctors and surgery.
When I need go again will come there because I was there and wow best the place.

Kudos to Dr. Kaleem and his team! I’m pleased with the outcome of my surgery, which was performed one week ago. The staff was also very courteous. Despite being an employee of the organization, I’ve had many doctor visits and surgeries with UMC, and this experience has always been phenomenal. A big thank you to the assistants during my post-operative visits for their sympathy and support. Also, a special mention to Anastasia for all the hard work she did for me before, during, and after surgery.
