I'm 32 years old (quite young for permanent inplants) was in a accident when I was 18 and had my front teeth knocked out and have been using a flipper since with issues here and there always... decided to invest in myself with the "all on 4" full top dental implants. Dr.Bassas and his staff were welcoming and answering allllll of my questions in the first consultation. I did check out more commercialized dental implant place across the street to be able to compare and I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL that I chose Dr.Bassas and his team! I felt like cattle at the place across the street, they were ready to fit me for implants without even having the actual surgeon look at my mouth (only met with sales rep) and didn't address ANY of the other outstanding issues I was informed of properly by Dr.Bassas the initial visit! The other place was demanding i scan QR codes and give them 5 star google reviews at the very first step of x rays 馃檮 so distasteful and dishonest in MY opinion. I had my implants in April 2026, it has been a COMPLETE self esteem booster and honestly a dream come true. 鉁笍 Dr.Bassas was a VERY personalized experience... I cannot recommend him enough!!!! 馃檹馃檹
I'm a big worrier and was SO nervous about the pain and recovery process but it was SO smoother and easier than I thought it was going to be!

Outstanding team of nurses and doctors front office. All are outstanding. Gentlework and replacement was above and beyond expectation. Recommend I Implant for those who are looking for an exceptional treatment and plan, doctor bassas is great

I have worked with this office for quite some time now. They are kind, professional, and extremely good at what they do. Becky is amazing to work with and Dr. Bassas is not only one of the most qualified doctors in the state, he is among the best in the country. If you want world class, customized dental/implant solutions and real one-on-one time with the doctor, as opposed to the corporate cookie cutter > done > have a nice life approach, I would call them.

I highly recommend Dr. Bassas and the team at I implant dentistry. I am especially appreciative of their warmth and humor, prompt communication, and attention to detail. I have had poor experiences with dentists before, but this place has restored my faith in dentists :)

I have been a patient at the Roseville office for several years. Received my upper arch implants 3 years ago. Really pleased with the result and the service. The staff are welcoming and make you enjoy going to the dentist. Schedule a visit. You won't regret it.

Meet the Doctors
