Had a molar removed and bone graft placed same day! Dr Dacy is phenomenal. Most dental practices that I have been too explain to you up front what procedures will be done and during the rest of the visit they are conversing with the assistant in the room. Then they wrap up at the end that all went well.
Well not with Doctor Dacy. From the moment he enters the room, his lighthearted personality and his undivided attention is directed in conversation only to you. From the upfront discussion about the procedure, to each and every step he is about to perform he is communicating directly to you and only you, not the assistant in the room.
On wrap up he gives clear communication on timeframe and what is expected next.
Then later in the day, he personally, not his medical assistant or an office assistant, calls you to follow up on how you are recovering from your same day procedure. Like I said, phenomenal. Not to mention that his work speaks for itself, the much added bonus is that his personal approach speaks volumes.

All of the staff at IP Dentistry are top motch. But one staff member stands out to me, Dr. Synatzske. She is just the most attentive, empathetic person.
She listens. She answers all of your concerns. She goes above and beyond what you would normally encounter with most offices. She takes the steps required to guarantee that you have the best care available.

I had the unfortunate need for an implant due to an old root canal tooth that required extraction. I was referred to IMD by my regular dentist. I was given all the details regarding the costs, procedure and what to expect as far as a time frame. Up to this point all has gone well, everything explained to me and the doctors have made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. No complaints or concerns up to this point. Great experience.

All of Dr. Ponsford鈥檚 wonderful staff
took special care and made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Ponsford was totally professional and very qualified in his work. I never hurt and never worried. The results were perfect! He鈥檚 not bad on the eyes either! 馃榿

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dacy and his staff. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. My 16 yr old son was relieved afterwards that he had minimal discomfort. Even better was that afterwards Dr. Dacy was available to us for any possible emergencies should they arise. Thankfully there was none!
