I go there because Dr Prouty is there. He is the best dentist I have ever been to.
And Misty is the best at giving the numbing shots.
The ladies at the front desk and all the nurses are kind, courteous, and caring.
They all listen and do their best to make you feel at ease. I used to have terrible anxiety going into a dentist office, but not anymore. Not since I found Dr Prouty.
I followed him from a previous Dental facility to ISD and never regretted the move.
I cannot give ISD, Dr Prouty and all the staff a high enough recommendation.

My anxiety at the dentist has always been very high, not at Infinity Sedation.
Everything they can do to make you feel comfortable and at ease, they do it. All while being incredibly kind. I had a procedure done and I left in no pain and feeling so much better, and ready for my next visit!

I highly recommend Infinity Sedation Dentistry. They are very professional, kind and took care of my dental emergency in a timely manner and left with no pain. They have a beautiful state of the art facility that made me feel at ease as soon as I stepped in the lobby. I will definitely be back

About Infinity Sedation Dentistry
Infinity Sedation Dentistry is a sedation-focused dental practice with three South Dakota offices, including its Watertown location at 3313 9th Avenue Southeast, just north of the Redlin Art Center. The practice says it has served the Watertown community for over 20 years and is known for helping people who feel fear or anxiety about going to the dentist. Its sedation system is overseen by board-certified anesthesiologists and supported by registered nurses with hospital experience, and the practice describes offering nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral sedatives, and intravenous sedation so patients can stay relaxed, often completing multiple treatments in a single visit.
For patients considering dental implants, the Watertown office offers implant placement under sedation along with related care such as bone grafting when needed, temporary restorations during healing, and final custom crowns. The practice explains that implants act as artificial tooth roots that fuse with the jawbone, and that Dr. Prouty and Dr. Connor monitor implants during checkups at all three locations. Other services listed for Watertown include dental bridges, cosmetic dentistry, same-day crowns, oral surgery, and intravenous sedation, with broader practice offerings that include dentures, root canals, gum care, wisdom teeth removal, and emergency dental care. The Watertown office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Meet the Doctors
The Watertown team is led by Dr. Brian Prouty, DDS, DICOI, the founder of Infinity Sedation Dentistry. Born and raised in South Dakota, Dr. Prouty earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry and completed advanced training in implants and sedation at the Medical College of Georgia. He is a Fellow, Master, and Diplomat of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and serves patients in Watertown and Sioux Falls. Dr. Kevin Connor, DDS, MD, is an oral surgeon practicing in Watertown alongside Dr. Prouty. He earned his dental degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2004, completed medical school at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2007, and finished his oral surgery training at LSU in 2010. His surgical interests include dentoalveolar, trauma, and reconstructive surgery, as well as surgical treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders. Sedation at the practice is monitored by two anesthesiologists, Dr. Jeff Bergsbaken, MD, who is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesia, and Dr. Jeff Hanson, MD, who is board-certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Anesthesia. Both have worked with Dr. Prouty since 2011.
