Great office! My daughter has high anxiety and Maggie and Dr. Keyes were extremely understanding. I felt they were very competent and professional, and helped her not be embarrassed. Her surgery went perfectly! Dr Keyes also did surgery on my other daughter the same day that went equally was well. All the staff is fantastic and thorough and really went out of their way helping us that day. Front office personnel were especially helpful and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I could tell they really care about their patients. Why aren’t there 6 stars???

Dr Lance Keyes and staff at Island Oral & Facial Surgery are great! Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly.
This was my second time there for an extraction and implant…no complications the day after!

A truly amazing place to get surgery done. I had my wisdom teeth taken out there and was nervous about the procedure, having bad experiences with tooth extraction in the past. The entire staff is so kind, considerate, and truly skilled in their practice. I would recommend this establishment to anyone in need of dental care.

I will honestly tell everyone that Dr. Keyes is a wizard when he does teeth extraction! I was really nervous and scared to get my wisdom teeth removed all at once. Dr. Keyes talent in oral surgery is phenomenal along with his staff and nurses patient care made my experience comforting and at ease. My wisdom teeth was removed so quick and I left there with ZERO PAIN. I give the highest level of recommendation on this place to anyone to go here for any oral surgery procedure! I appreciate what you do Dr. Keyes, and to your staff and nurses, thank you for making this experience a pleasant one.

The dental care was good.
The insurance billing, yikes. After the visit I was told they only bill dental insurance and do not bill medical insurance unless the procedure was in the hospital. I only have medical insurance with some dental coverage.
It took 4 months to receive a bill. It also took 4 months for my insurance to be billed. My insurance notified me that as a preferred provider, this provider needed to bill within a certain period which had already lapsed, so the insurance denied the claim. I’ve never seen this happen with a preferred provider.
