10 stars! Staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. As an ICU nurse for 30 years, I notice doctor-patient and doctor-staff relationships, and I know healthcare. I am impressed! Dr Greif is kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and considerate both to his patients and his staff. He communicated with me throughout the procedure and demonstrated top-notch patience, direction, and communication with the assisting staff. The procedure itself was painless due to perfect numbing techniques. Incision lines are flawless. Zero bruising. Post- procedure discomfort was minimal, requiring only Tylenol and Ibuprofen. My experience has been phenomenal. Kudos to this healthcare team for making their high standards look effortless. This level of care comes from daily commitment to excellence! Bravo!

I was anxious about my appointment. Everyone there put me at ease. Dr Greif was very professional. Most important he listened to me describe the issues I’m dealing with. Asked the right questions while putting me at ease. Jacob was efficient & seemed very good at what he does. I felt I was definitely in good hands.

Dr Grief and his staff are great! They're very good about getting you in on time and out in an efficient way. That shows respect for the patient. They're friendly and they know what they're doing. Dr Grief is even fun to talk to. I'd trust them with my teeth, tongue, and jaws any time.

I needed a gum graft on a lower molar. I looked up videos of how this process goes and almost canceled. I’m so happy that I didn’t cancel. He did such a great job, talked me through everything! I felt zero pain!!! One day after, everything looks great and very little pain. When I say very little I mean I don’t even need a Tylenol. A little swelling in the lower jaw cheek but that’s normal. I’m going back for a second graft later on and feel a lot better about this than I felt before.
