Have been going here for about 2 years and have always had a great experience! I’ve seen Dr Harrington and Monte every time I’ve gone as far as I can remember, and saw Nathan for the first time today. Dr. Harrington has always been great, and the only time I had an issue with a filling not feeling right, she took her time and listened to what I told her, and got it feeling good as new. Monte has been fantastic every time I visit at both cleaning my teeth, and having good conversation. Either he has the best memory ever, or some very good notes because he can remember details from your last conversation like it was yesterday. I always leave with my teeth feeling spotless as well. My first experience with Nathan was also great. He got me setup, explained the initial things he was doing in detail I could understand, and was also a great conversation. Definitely recommend this place!

I have to give a HUGE shout out to Marley. I needed an impression made for a nighttime mouth guard. I have had struggles in the past with others not listening to my concerns. I have a small mouth. The goop that is used has to be full enough in the tray to get a good impression. If it's too full, the goop overflows and it can feel suffocating. I have had many impressions taken over my lifetime. One of the most horrific experiences I ever had at a dentist office was getting a prior impression taken. Marley really listened to me. She tried out the smallest impression tray before filling it. She put just the right amount of product in the tray. She kept a calm and pleasant demeanor the entire time and she did a time check for me every thirty seconds so I knew how much longer it would be. The best part? She got a perfect impression on the first try! She deserves huge kudos and I hope she stays forever!

I've had a great experience with Dr. John Fisher, Dr. Robinson, and the entire team. The dental assistants are awesome too! The office is clean, modern, and very welcoming, and everyone is genuinely friendly and attentive. They take the time to explain treatment options and pricing up front, so there are no surprises. The little touches really make a difference too. The complimentary water, chapstick (which is the best btw), and especially the warm towel after appointments make you feel like they truly care about the patient experience. The level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism from everyone in the office is outstanding. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Fisher to anyone looking for a dentist in the Pullman area.

Tracy is absolutely amazing! I called In as soon as they opened due to extreme pain from one of my teeth. She was on top of it and got me in right away. She was super friendly and helpful. All of the staff were very welcoming. 10/10 would recommend going to their office for your dental needs.

I've always had such an amazing experience here! I got implants placed by Dr. Fisher and have had zero issues with them. I hardly had any pain in recovery, and the process wasn't complete until I was 100% happy with them. I also genuinely look forward to my cleanings with Monte - he's the absolute best! He always remembers everything you tell him and asks for new updates at every appointment. He is so thoughtful and kind, and truly makes every appointment incredible!
