Emergency dental appointment after I broke my tooth. KDE was able to get me in right away. The staff was very friendly and I was amazed at the technology they had in their office. From the dental equipment to the automation in communication through text messaging updates. A five star experience.

Please do not give this place your money. They are nice, but I am fairly sure they are running a scam. I have had work done from them, two fillings came out, the dentist told me not to worry about it, that they would fix it and it wouldn't cost anything. I went to the counter and the receptionist was scheduling my appointment, she said it would be $900.00, I said Dr. Bue said I wouldn't have to pay and she just stared at me and didn't say anything. I said maybe she should talk to him, again she just seemed confused and I said maybe I should call later and talk to him. I went in again for a cleaning and to have my teeth checked, I explained the situation from last time and they said I had three more cavities and that they should do them right away. Again, they danced around the fact that I was told I wouldn't have to pay for the not so great work that they did. I didn't let them do the work because the fillings were just going to fall out. When they did the initial fillings for me, there were some parts that needed to be filed down more, they seemed annoyed about that, which I didn't understand. My family has had similar experiences and I am encouraging them to post reviews as well. Please don't give this place your money, even though they are very nice people. Being nice does not mean they do proper work.

Since day one, the staff have been incredibly pleasant, comforting, understanding, and very welcoming! They explained everything every step of the way and their work has left not only my teeth better but the emotional aspect as well as I have dealt with the opposite from other dentists over the years. I thoroughly enjoy coming to this winslow location!

I have always been fearful of the dentist. I must say my experience was the best I've ever had. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. And the Dr. Explained everything clearly. I was very grateful of the care I received.

When I needed a thorough cleaning, Kennebec Dental Excellence scheduled an appointment the next day. I was fortunate enough to have Kylie as my hygienist; she's engaging, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. Very caring and precise. She significantly improved the look and feel of my teeth, and I'm deeply grateful for her expertise - I highly recommend Kylie!
