The best dental office i have ever had. Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and good at what they do. The building is clean, and the staff is great from Karen out front to the hygienist to the dentist I have had a bunch of work done from cosmetic chip repair, filing down a crown and a retainer.

Called 3 times to get scheduled for a TMJ consultation. First time no one answered and I left a voicemail and responded to the automated text. Next two times I called I talked to a nice lady who said she had to refer to me a special TMJ team. Didn’t hear anything back after a couple weeks so I had my doctors office put in a referral. Been over a month and no one has called me back. I called Smile Solutions of Maine and they got me in the next week and I’ve already had my consultation with them and have my follow up appt scheduled to help fix my problem.

I switched from aspen to KRD and the difference is amazing! They got me in for the next week after I called for my first appointment compared to aspen, which has 6 month to 1 year out scheduling. After my initial cleaning they scheduled me for a month out for a filling, so the wait time is super short. Samantha was a great hygienist and explained a lot of things to me and Dr cheng was very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking to switch!
