I've been coming to this office for my dental care since 2022, and I鈥檝e consistently had a great experience. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and friendly鈥攆rom the dental hygienists to the front office staff and dentists. Dr. Albik and Dr. Sato are especially kind, patient, and thorough in their care.
The office is always neat and clean, which makes each visit comfortable. They are closed every other Monday, and appointments tend to book up quickly, so scheduling in advance is recommended. I highly recommend this dental office.

I have been with Laguna Springs Dental office for five plus years and each time I am there having all my needs met the dental staff and the medical team have treated me with the up most excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone that would like all their dental work done with the most highly professionals welcoming you in a very comfortable environment office setting.

I have a great hygienist who is thorough and intuitive. The place is clean and parking is easy. My only complaint is the amount of fragrance diffused or sprayed in this place. My nose and throat was itchy the whole time and the smell sticks to my clothes.

First of all I have an unhealthy fear of Dentist, hence my needing dental implant. Dr. Albik has been wonderful from start to finish!! He is very knowledgeable, very easy to speak to and vey approachable that it alleviated my fear of my procedure. He is always ready to address your concerns, in my case I had him speak to my regular Dentist and to my husband to address his concerns. THAT!!! speaks volume in my book. Christina and N are wonderful very approachable and know what they are doing, as well as Sandra and Jelena. I鈥檝e told my general Dentist that if he has patients in need of implant to not second guess and send them directly to see Dr. Albik. The drive is well worth my time! THANK YOU DR. ALBIK!!!!!

My experience with this office was extremely disappointing. Before scheduling my appointment, I provided all of my insurance information and specifically asked whether there would be any additional fees. I was clearly told that, based on my insurance coverage, there would be no out-of-pocket costs.
Only after the appointment was scheduled was I informed that I would be charged an additional fee to obtain my medical records for a second opinion. This fee was never disclosed during my initial inquiry and directly contradicts the information I was given beforehand.
Transparency regarding costs is essential in healthcare, and I found this lack of clear communication both frustrating and misleading. I would have appreciated being informed of all potential fees before committing to the appointment.
