I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Krakowiak and his team! First, my son had all four of his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. K. (I still can’t pronounce his last name correctly, LOL!) I was very impressed with the whole experience. Then it was my daughter’s turn—and she is definitely a scaredy-cat when it comes to dental procedures! She was super nervous going in, but when I asked her afterward how she felt, she told me she was actually happy and felt completely comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. K and his entire team treated both of my children with such genuine care, kindness, and compassion. Even the follow-up visits went smoothly, and my kids really appreciated how attentive and caring everyone was. Dr. K is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and has a great sense of humor, which makes the whole experience much less stressful. I truly appreciate the care they gave my children and would highly recommend Dr. K and his team to anyone looking for an oral surgeon. Thank you, Dr. K and team, for taking such great care of my kids! ❤️

I had an amazing experience at Lakeshore Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. I was honestly very nervous about having my wisdom teeth removed, but from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The procedure itself went incredibly smoothly, and before I knew it, it was over. My recovery has also been much better than I expected thanks to the excellent care and clear post-op instructions they provided. If you're anxious about having oral surgery, I highly recommend Lakeshore Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I'm very grateful for the outstanding care I received. Highly recommend! My daughter needed her wisdom teeth out and she was originally referred by our dentist to an oral surgeon who had pretty bad reviews, especially in regards to bedside manner. It was so important to me that my daughter feel comfortable during the whole process. In my research, I found Dr. Krakowiak had great reviews and was on our insurance list of providers. Dr. Krakowiak and his staff were all so friendly, personable and compassionate. They made my daughter feel at ease and less scared. The surgery went smoothly and they followed up right after to make sure my daughter was doing well. I would highly recommend Lakeshore Oral to anyone that needs dental surgery!

I was referred by my dentist for a molar extraction, which was completed two weeks ago, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. This was my first tooth extraction as an adult. The entire process was seamless: from the intake and appointment reminders to the surgery preparation, procedure, and follow-up care. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. Dr. Kiss was outstanding, providing a thorough initial consultation and ensuring the procedure went smoothly. The pre- and post-operative instructions were detailed and easy to follow, which contributed to a quick and uncomplicated recovery. I’m very pleased and genuinely shocked by how well my wisdom teeth surgery went at Lakeshore Oral Surgery! Dr. K and the staff did a phenomenal job at easing my nerves, and before I knew it, the procedure was over. I was provided everything I needed for recovery, and the team answered all the questions I had. I experienced minimal pain and swelling the following days, but it wasn’t nearly as painful as I was expecting. The post-op instructions were clear and I love how they check up on you later to ensure you’re okay. I couldn’t be happier choosing a reputable place, the reviews were certainly right about the exceptional quality of care. I highly recommend this place if you have any anxiety about getting your wisdom teeth extracted as I did, they’ll gladly take their time to help you and get it done!
