I scheduled for a wisdom tooth removal and I have insurance. Never once was I told that I had to pay up front for whole amount for a removal much less having to pay 2,400 dollars to even have my procedure done. No one has that money in this economy I try asking to get it done in payments, woman at the desk simply told me "no I can't do payments cause I'll be asleep out" I rather be flat drunk and get my teeth taken out by a red neck hillbilly with pliers then put myself 2,400 in debt and out of a home.

I had a complex tooth that had broken several places and was brittle. They got it out with relatively no pain and next day the difference in my jaw and gums was already noticeable. Staff was great!

Would not let me go back with my minor child who was scared. They cut her teeth out we leave. 2 hours later puking and bleeding profusely. Take her back again ask to go back with her once again i’m told no. Even tho i’ve been back the very first time so it obviously had nothing to do with anything except the nurse had a problem. Now my daughter can talk and tells me that the nurse wouldn’t come back out and speak to me cause I was angry ( even tho I never said a cross word). Had the audacity to tell the lady up front if her mom says something tell her I said so. Ok rude ssa say that to me and we can talk about it. Don’t send the ladies up front to do your job because you don’t want to deal with a concerned parent. Unprofessional,rude, no emergency number had to sit and wait for them to unlock the doors. Thank you to the older women who called and left a message telling you my child needed help and you still waited 20 minutes to let her in. Do they not teach you bed side manner in dental school? But the lady from upfront was extremely kind and explained what happened even tho it was not her job. I wouldn’t bring my worst …. onto that place. So just know the female nurse was the one of the rudest nurses i’ve ever met. And i’m in and out the hospital with myself constantly. If it would let me give you minus stars I would have.

I am 66 years old and haven't had a tooth pulled since my wisdom teeth at 20. I had to have a broken tooth and a infected root canal tooth removed. I was back on the road home in about half an hour. I was so impressed by how little time I was there. Everyone on the staff was joyful and professional. I felt very comfortable in their care. If I ever have to have a tooth pulled again, I know exactly where I'm going... too Lakeside and Dr B.
