The staff is friendly, professional and welcoming. My procedure went as well as possible, I highly recommend this practice.
Extensive detailed review:
I called to schedule an appointment for an emergency inspection when my tooth cracked. Thankfully they were able to schedule me the same day. The staff at the front was very friendly and Dr. Tran and her assistant were very polite and professional. They explained my situation and treatment needed for my tooth and got me in touch with Yolanda, who helped me select a treatment and payment plan. As of this date they offer a in house payment plan which serves essentially as a in house insurance if you currently don’t have any. This plan includes two free cleanings for the year and a discount on other procedures needed. Within a week I was able to get a follow up appointment for a root canal. Despite nervousness for the operation, Dr. Tran and her assistant, Samantha answered all my questions, concerns and reassured me of every step and procedure they would perform during my operation. During the operation I had experienced some slight pain to which Dr. Tran noticed and administered more anesthetic for my comfort. I was comfortable and felt in good hands throughout the entire duration of the procedure and I was consistently being checked on throughout to make sure I was still doing okay. After the root canal was finished, Samantha explained to me in great detail aftercare and symptoms/side effects I would potentially feel from the operation and from the anesthetics that were normal. It has since been a few hours since then and my pain and discomfort is minimal. I cannot be more thankful for the professionalism and care displayed by Dr.Tran, her assistant, and the entire staff at Las Cruces Dental Solutions. If you are looking for a new professional dental practice with a warm, welcoming environment whether it be for basic cleanings or more extensive work, I highly recommend this dental practice.

I’m very satisfied with the treatment plan and work they have done on my teeth. Each staff member is very nice and has been so helpful. They explain everything well and I will say this is the first dentist in awhile that has gave me a thorough cleaning of my teeth. They actually felt clean when they were done. Really am happy with overall care.

Staff was very thorough and informative. The dentist was very nice and easy to talk to about my issues with my teeth. She didn't make me feel embarrassed about the condition of my teeth which I really appreciated (cause we all know how we feel about how people view other people's teeth). Overall good experience. Would recommend to my family and friends

Nothing but great things to say. Dr. Trujillo is amazing! Explains everything to you in detail and very understanding. His assistant Marlene was great! Made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. Maria helped us to understand everything in my treatment plan and explained with detail, also very welcoming. My family will be coming to see them from now on for future dental work and will definitely refer everyone to Dr. Trujillo and his team!!

My fear of the dentist has been since I was a child. Always dreaded even a cleaning. I have been to other offices in town and this experience does not compare to any other visits. Working in health care myself, customer service is very important to me. I have had just a great experience since the first day I called for an emergency tooth problem. I was able to be seen pretty quick and my experience was amazing. Everyone is great, from front desk to everyone in the back. Thank you so much for making me feel so comfortable and taken care of.
