The office staff is very friendly and the office is clean and seems organized. Carrie Markham the Hygienist was super nice and friendly. I came in to this practice because of the Dentist Josh Rogers he was my dentist before and I really like him. He make a visit to the dentist pleasant if you can call someone drilling in your mouth with power tools. I always feel at easy with him. I would highly recommend Lawton Smiles.

I had my cap put back on when it came off. I felt very secure with the professional staff and office technology/equipment. I will definitely go back for my scheduled cleaning. The only negative I could find was that the rooms have very harsh lighting (I understand why, but perhaps a dimmer could be used) and there is very little atmosphere to look at while you wait. But I was in and out of there fairly quickly. They even moved my appointment up from when it was scheduled so I was seen in just a few days. I am grateful!

I had a very positive experience with the dental hygienist and the dentist. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and provided excellent guidance. Their personable manner made the visit comfortable and straightforward. However, my experience with the receptionist was less satisfactory. She was engaged in a personal call while attempting to process my payment. When my benefits card was declined, she did not attempt to reprocess the transaction but stated that the card was not working. I subsequently paid with my credit card. When I contacted my benefits provider, I was informed that the decline resulted from an incorrect security code being entered. It would have enhanced my experience if she had either placed the call on hold or completed her call before handling my payment.

Wonderful people, and excellent service! They were extremely kind and patient throughout my visit. Will definitely return, and recommend. Loved meeting Ms. Kennedy and Ms. Kim :)
