I cannot stop smiling, and that says everything.
Dr. Simonton and the entire team at LightUp Smile Center changed my life. From the very first visit, I felt genuinely cared for, respected, and supported throughout the entire full-mouth implant process. The professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail from every member of the staff — including the people answering the phones and guiding me through questions — was exceptional.
Dr. Simonton’s bedside manner is second to none. You can truly feel his passion for helping people, and it shows in every interaction and every smile he creates. The pricing was transparent, honest, and in my opinion an incredible value compared to similar services elsewhere.
Most importantly, the final result is absolutely beautiful. I can’t stop smiling. Thank you to everyone at LightUp Smile Center for giving me my confidence back.

A lifetime of dental work; fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions and 6 implants with crowns had worn me out. I decided to look into a final solution... 4 on 4 double arch permanent implant dentures.
My first consultation was with Nuvia in Southfield, MI. Due to the number of implants I already had, they determined I would not be a candidate for them. However, they did give me a T-shirt!
My second consult was with Clear Choice in Ann Arbor, MI. They agreed that my situation was complicated, but they were willing to do the surgery. They did provide a very thorough consult. When I asked if they could use any of the existing implants, they said no because they did not want the liability of these older implants.
My third consult was with Dr. Simonton at Light up Smile Center in Toledo, OH. He also provided a thorough consult. He wanted to also consult with my Dentist and the other oral surgeons attached to his practice (Harbor Light Oral and Maxifacial). After he consulted with those folks he called me back in for review. While my dentist had some reservations, the oral surgeons all agreed that the upper teeth were a lost cause, but the bottom teeth could potentially be salvaged with some more individual implants.
My 4th consult was with my dentist. She was willing to try to salvage what teeth I had left (1 at a time). Ultimately she said "I have perfect teeth, so I really can't relate what you've been through with your teeth." That was the simple truth. She said if I were to do it, she would only trust Dr. Simonton and his staff.
I made the arrangements with the Light up staff and decided to do both the upper and lower. Dr. Simonton determined that 3 of my existing implants were suitable to used. Surgery went great and it was nice that Light up was local in Toledo. Follow ups have been on schedule and well done. Great staff. I highly recommend the folks at Light up Smile Center.

Lightup Smile Center is the place to go for outstanding service and quality all on 4 dental care. Dr. Simonton and staff care for you with a personal touch. I'm 💯% happy I chose Lightup Smile over the chain dental offices. I was in dentures for years and wish I would have done this sooner. If you're still on the fence, don't wait. Go for a consultation. You'll be glad you did.

I was very conscientious of my upper teeth and they were decaying and falling out faster as I got older. I really did not want dentures and had looked at implants for years. People always told me what a pretty smile I had. So I made the decision to go ahead with implants and went to LightUp Smile Center for the procedure. I was so happy with Dr. Simonton and his staff. From the very beginning to the very end of treatment, they were great. I am so happy with the final results. Now instead of a pretty smile, I am told I have a beautiful smile!

It was a Great experience. Although it was longer than expected Dr Simonton and his team were excellent. They worked hard to make sure my teeth were perfect. They went out of their way to help with any problems and/or issues. Not only were they very professional I would say we all became friends! I would rate them 100 out of 10! Thank you all for everything 😄

About Lightup Smile Center
LightUp Smile Center in Toledo, Ohio specializes exclusively in full-arch dental implants, including All-on-4 and All-on-6 treatment, for patients dealing with broken, failing, or missing teeth. Meet the Doctors

His training includes a hospital-based residency with advanced education in complex facial surgery, dental implants, facial reconstruction, corrective jaw surgery, and anesthesia. He is supported by a clinical team that includes patient coordinator Jenny and lead surgical assistant Tracey.
