Visit today was so excellent. They listen and are so so accommodating. Compassionate employees. Brianna was our assistant. Dr Hendon was very compassionate and understanding. The pediatric office manager is next level excellent she is beyond competent and extremely helpful.

I had to wait about ten minutes past my appointment time, but the staff kept me updated instead of leaving me wondering. The cleaning was thorough, and the dentist explained my X-rays in simple language. I left feeling informed and well cared for.

The entire staff is extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Nino is amazing. Everyone listens to your concerns and does everything they can to make the experience as painless and worry-free as possible. I switched from a dentist in my own town to Beaumont and recommend this office to everyone!

For starters, they are the only dental office that charges you a copay office copay) even when you're doing preventative care. 1st red flag for me was them not actually printing out and showing you your treatment and how much it actually costs. They also claim they don't do preauthorizations but will quote you any price. I personally feel like they are doing insurance fraud, switching codes, making you pay more for something they are not even doing. I don't mind paying for dental work but will not allow people to get over on me! If you wanna spend 3x the cost of what children's dental work costs with NO MEDICAID, then this is the place because they overcharge and underdeliver!
