The kindest staff! I was never a big fan of going to the dentist before, but the team at Madison Dentistry creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere that it completely changed my experience. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about making patients feel comfortable.

I had the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had yesterday with Dr. Collin at Madison Dentistry and genuinely can’t recommend him enough! After my cleaning, he offered to fit me in to repair a chipped filling, which I really appreciated. I was hesitant about getting numbed for such a small filling, so Dr. Collin suggested we try without it and reassured me that we could stop at any point if I became uncomfortable. He was incredibly gentle, personable, and checked in with me multiple times throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay. He completed the entire filling in about 20 minutes, and I honestly could not believe how comfortable and easy the experience was. I’ve been seeing Dr. Austin over the last year and have always had great experiences with him as well — I truly appreciate his efficiency and straightforward approach during appointments. Overall, every staff member at Madison Dentistry goes above and beyond from the moment you walk in until the time you leave. Such an amazing office and team.

Dr. Trainor and his hygienist Alicia were incredible! I came in after seeing his cosmetic work on social media, and from my very first visit they made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. Looking forward to getting my perfect smile!

I have lived on this rock for a long time. During that time there have been only 2 dentist offices that I have enjoyed going to, this is one of them. Melissa, Jill, and Austin make a great team and the quality of care is superb!

I’ve had the best experience with this dental office — truly the best dental experience our family has ever had. The entire team is extremely personable, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. They go out of their way to be accommodating and make every visit comfortable and stress-free. You can tell they take pride not only in their work but also in building real relationships with the people they serve. I absolutely love the team and appreciate how easy they make the whole process from scheduling to treatment. I would (and already do!) highly recommend them to our personal and social network. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines professionalism with a warm, personal touch, this is the place. -DNK-
