I have absolute horrible dental anxiety to the point that I took a weighted pillow to my first session for fillings. The dr was very nice and explained things to me. He played music which helped ease my anxiety some. The second time I went I went for an extraction of two teeth. The dr was very nice as well and listened to my request of music as well. The last time I went for a note extraction and that went very well. I had my anxiety dwindle over the sessions working with the staff. Thank you. I’m so happy now it’s over and my teeth can heal and feel better.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. The dentist was rude, and kept cutting me off when I tried to talk. It was very hard to understand what he was saying, so his assistant communicated with me. I asked her a question and he cut me off to say he is the doctor to talk to him. My oldest had to get a filling and she said he pushed his assistants tool out of her mouth with his because she didnt move fast enough. Normally I am VERY nice and understanding, because it does get busy. I was there for almost 3 1/2 hours. One of my younger daughters appointment was at 1:30 and he didnt take her in until almost 3. I wouldn't have cared about the time as much if he wasn't so rude. The only positive thing I can say is his assistant and the front office were friendly. I recommend you guys look for a new dentist. In all honesty, if he was the only dentist around, I'd let their teeth rot before I go back there. 👎

I haven't been to a dentist in over 20 years. And my teeth were a mess. I was very nervous after reading the reviews. I had an excellent experience. They were very polite, caring, and didn't hurt me at all. I had fillings done and 3 teeth pulled. Will definitely be returning

Place is a JOKE. drove from Bangor to Waterville after being promised I’d see the dentist. Get there, they have my x-rays already from May, they proceed to do more x-rays. I didn’t question it but thought it was odd, then the tech says okay you’re all set. I said what??? She said schedule another time to come back the dentist has 2 patients for the day… I said you’re not going to clean my teeth? She started at me like I was stupid and told me to schedule something for a different day. I told them to delete my PHI and I’d never be back. Not to mention the woman doing my scans had gloves on when she came to waiting room, touched her hair, my hair, the floor, the doors, her face mask, never changed them. Never washed her hands. It’s so sad that people with Maine care to without dental care because there is no one accepting our insurance and then when we FINALLY find someone to take us on - this is what we get.

Dr milzman is amazing One of my teeth was unrepairable. And he fixed it made it beautiful when he showed me in the mirror I cried. He is fixing a crap load of my cavities and getting the job done. He is a perfectionist In a good way. I recommend him. When he numbed me, I didn’t even feel the pinch. When he was doing the fillings, I felt nothing. Thank you so much Melissa and Dr. Milzman for todays visit! I appreciate you taking the time to fix that tooth and all my teeth
