Deciding to have plastic surgery was a big step for me. I dwelled on it for over a year and researched the areas top rated surgeons. Dr McLain and his staff was the clear choice for me! He was very patient and explained everything to my husband and I. I’m 5 weeks out and I’m SO thrilled with my results already! The fact that Dr McLain is also an oral and maxillofacial surgeon on top of being a plastic surgeon, really sealed the deal for me! Very down to earth and personable. Made us feel at ease with the whole process! Amazing surgeon and great staff!

I am extremely grateful to Dr. McLain and his staff for the incredible job he did. He was able to remove and significantly improve the majority of my scars left on my breast from a previous plastic surgery, and the results look so much better. I am very happy with the improvement. I highly recommend Dr. MCLAIN to anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and professional plastic surgeon. Thank you so much for your wonderful work!

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr Mclain and staff. From all of my questions before surgery, the surgical care, and the exceptional care I have received post surgery! I cannot say enough about how happy I am that I chose Dr Mclain!! ( I drive 1.5 hrs) and also how happy I am with the results of my surgery!!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. McLain and his entire team. From the first consultation, I felt truly listened to and was given thoughtful guidance and options so I could make the best decision regarding my breast augmentation. The pre-op process was also very transparent — pricing was clear and comprehensive with no hidden fees or surprise hospital costs, which I really appreciated.
What stood out most was the level of care after surgery. The team checked in on me, sent flowers, and encouraged me as I healed. Dr. McLain even called me personally during his dinner time the evening of my surgery just to make sure I was doing well. That kind of compassion and attentiveness is rare.
I’m still early in my healing, but I already feel confident I made the right choice and I’m very happy with my results so far. I highly recommend Dr. McLain if you’re considering breast augmentation surgery.

Dr. Mclain provided exceptional care from start to finish. He explained everything to me, I never felt uncomfortable, and he answered all of my questions. My procedures went well, and I am very pleased with my results. All of the staff are very welcoming and professional. They are very prompt to return calls, and scheduling was very easy. The new office is beautiful! Highly recommend!
