Excellent experience at Dr. Meals’ office today. The staff was kind, professional, and made my child feel very comfortable throughout the visit. This is a wonderful place for dental care, and we truly appreciate the quality of service provided.

I have been going to Meals Family Dentistry for almost two years, and I continue to be impressed by the quality of care I receive. I had the best teeth cleaning today that I've had in a long time, and the staff was professional and thorough throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Meals Family Dentistry to anyone looking for excellent dental care and teeth cleaning services.

My first appt with them was an emergency and they had never seen me before and offered to come in and open the office early the next day to get me seen. I followed up and got X-rays and consult done today and everyone I came into contact with was knowledgeable and so very kind. I’m so grateful that I found them and appreciate them coming in early to get me seen and taken care of. The dentist and the rest of the staff are truly amazing.

Like many other reviewers, I would leave 0 stars if I could. The customer service at this dental office is the worst I have ever experienced. I had two appointments scheduled this week, one for myself on Monday, 6/23/25, and one for my 13 year old daughter today, Thursday, 6/26/25. My "appointment" on 6/23 was actually an 2-minute assessment by Dr. Meals, letting me know that he would be able to fill a few cavities of mine. Nothing was completed, and I was asked to schedule another appointment to get the work done. There was no urgency in scheduling me, and the soonest I was able to get an appointment for two fillings was TWO MONTHS later. The two different Treatment Plans I received at earlier visits gave me exorbitant estimates for a number of restorations and crowns that I do need, but my primary concern was fixing a chipped tooth and filling several cavities. It was clear that my case would not be a priority for them unless I chose their expensive recommended treatment plan, a plan which would have fixed one tooth and left a host of others to get worse over time. The overwhelming feeling that I got is that business is first and customer service is of little importance to them. To make matters worse, I brought my daughter in this morning at 7:45am (!) for a cleaning appointment, and they said that her appointment had been cancelled and she would have to reschedule. The receptionist at the counter stated that the appointment was cancelled on Monday, but I received no call, voicemail, or text from them. I mentioned that I was at the office on Monday for my appointment and received no call or text cancelling her appointment, and that the staff had very poor customer service. After calling my daughter by a different name, the callous response from the receptionist was "I'm sorry you feel that way." There would have likely been a no-show fee had we not shown up for her scheduled appointment, and there is just no accountability on their end. This seems to have happened to other reviewers as well, and prospective patients should be apprised. In short, I would NOT recommend this dental office.
