Everyone at this office is very attentive to their patients. Sometimes their schedule gets pushed a bit because, well, when your performing surgery, some patients need more care due to circumstances beyond anyone's control. But, know this, when you are the next patient you will be well cared for as well. This team will go beyond the norm!
Dr Koning and her assistent make a good team!
Dr Koning is a very good surgeon with excellent communication skills. She is good to her team and has a caring disposition (good sense of humor as well).

Dr. Koning was fantastic! She made extracting my 2 teeth very quick and easy. She explained step by step what was going to happen, and before I knew it the teeth were out and I was on my way. Her staff were also very nice, helpful and caring. They explained everything I needed to know when I left. Would highly recommend!

The experience of an A+ appointment started right when I walked through the door. I was greeted right away with a smile then was brought back within a few minutes. The assistants were very kind, helpful and informative. The Dr. was amazing with great chair side to go along with her top notch skills. I was nervous when Thinking about my appt. but the entire team made me feel welcomed and assured me I was in the right place!!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Koning all day long!

Dr. Koning did an excellent job on my tooth extraction. She explained everything she was going to do as she did it, telling me what I was going to feel, and reassuring me when I was a little anxious at the beginning. It went quickly, exactly as I was given to expect. It took a while for bleeding to stop, but following the clear written instructions I was given, I managed it just fine. A day later, no bleeding and almost no discomfort.

After my tooth extraction, they carefully explained the aftercare instructions I needed to follow during the next week, especially because I take medication that could affect healing. They also scheduled a follow-up appointment to monitor my recovery and make sure there were no setbacks.
Everyone was professional, welcoming, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable. I truly appreciated how attentive and concerned they were about my well-being throughout the entire experience.
