I really hate to be this person... first off, Dr. Tucke was PHENOMENAL. He is kind, personable, explains everything in detail and allows you to ask questions. I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs a procedure for themselves or their kid.
On the contrary, I have been bamboozled with billing. We were given a cost of services, advised what my out of pocket expenses were and this is what I paid.. About 2 months after my kids procedure, I received a message that I owe them 3,000 odd dollars.. Which is way beyond what I was told I owed!! We were told our remaining balance was 788 out of pocket, which was not an issue. Now Im being told a substantial amount difference, which is closer to the cost of the total procedure!!! I only went here because of a recommendation from our family dentist but never again!!! Just letting anyone know, please BEWARE!! And, I'm not the only customer that has experienced this based on the reviews.

These guys are very nasty and dishonest people, I was recommended to go here buy my dentist for a tooth extraction and implant. My dentist told me it should cost about $1,600 for everything after I insurance. Once at this center while in extreme pain from my tooth this place told me it would be more like closer to $3k!!! I said OMG thats double was what my dentist told me but I said fine with a down payment of $1885! So they do the surgery that took all of 20 mins and sent me on my way in even more pain but with a bunch of meds that helped a lot but I'm still in pain today and this was over 6 months ago. So about a couples weeks after the surgery I get a notice of a bill for almost 2K!!!! And I said oh now this has to be wrong and was told no its correct my total bill was just under 4k! I said no I was told it would be under 3k total for everything and that was before what the insurance took out and they responded and called me a liar and stated they told me the ESTIMATED cost would be $3771.41!!! So you telling me you told me before you even looked at my tooth that the total would be $3771.41 thats really amazing that you had that number down to the cents! Wow! This is false!!! And not they are holding my tooth hostage so I can't get my crown and also I'm still in pain and they won't do anything to help until I pay the balance!
GO SOME WHERE ELSE GUYS PLEASE AND GET YOU ESTIMATE IN WRITING!!!

Great experience with Dr Tucke. Would highly recommend him for oral surgery and dental implants. This is my 4th time at the office and every time has been exceptional.

Receptionist very nice & professional. Nurse super sweet & funny! DR. GILBERT T. GUAJARDO amazing always professional. Overall I was very happy with my surgery and service. The hour wait time needs to be reevaluated when pts are fasting :)

Dr Guajardo is an outstanding oral surgeon.
He puts a patient at ease with his demeanor.
When performing a procedure he makes it feel like a “walk in the park”.
After wards he lets you know how the procedure went, and he expresses appreciation for being a good patient.
This was my second time seeing him for an extraction. He is aces with me.
