I was a bit worried about the, 'twilight sedation' (aka anesthesia) but thanks to the doctors honestly and genuine kindness, I was able to pull through with confidence. It's been 12 hours since my wisdom tooth removal surgery and for the most part all numbness is gone. Tbh getting over the anesthesia was the worst part of it all. Slept most of it off and 5 hours later I feel SO MUCH better. The problems with my wisdom teeth that were bothering me before are no longer and I can feel my teeth are slightly shifting back to a more comfortable placement, and no longer crammed together. Including the pinched gums in the back of my mouth, they already feel so much relief. Due to the relieved pressure of those darn teeth lol. Wisdom teeth am I right? Why are they called that when they don't even know where they're growing? lol! I truly do recommend twilight sedation if the thought of sitting through surgery is a scary situation for you. Especially if you hate getting numbed up in several areas in your mouth and then having to sit there for 20-30 minutes. (depending how many you need removed) Tbh I don't fully remember the process of me going to sleep but it definitely was quicker than I imagined. A couple deep breaths and you're out in a comfy seat in only a few moments. Made me feel a little silly but it's a completely normal reaction to feel something in meer seconds after the medicine is induced. It was a fun experience lol. The doctor took very good care and I can definitely tell they were as gentle as they could be and I definitely appreciate it! You will, for a fact, be in amazing hands in the care of these highly trained and wonderful people! Overall, if you need to get your wisdom teeth removed, but your worried about the healing process- I absolutely recommend you get the care you need here, at the, "Minnesota dental surgery and implant center." I promise it'll be so worth the pain and time healing. I got amazing results immediately and I'm very happy I chose to do so. Now all that's left is to take very good care of em until they're fully healed. Which honestly isn't too bad. I do have a high pain tolerance. I had an implant put in at a different dentistry a while back and the pain was honestly so much worse. I very surprised and relieved at how well it ended up! Definitely recommend this place, you will be in safe hands. :)

Absolutely Recommend this Dental facility for ANY Dental procedure! Got an appt SCHEDULED within a couple days & procedure instructions were thoroughly explained & the paperwork was easy to fill out prior to appt. Appt Day NURSE went over everything & I got every question answered & Dr was straight to the point & knew exactly how he was gonna do the 8 extractions (that included wisdom teeth as well) & it was faster then when I had just 1 take out at my regular dentist & I was on my way out the door within an hour. Given complete instructions for post~op care at home & pain was minimal & its been a week & no issues so far! I definitely recommend this place! Was totally comfortable & im sorry i put the surgery off for over a year because i was scared & didn't want pain & they made sure I was comfortable! Thank you! Melissa H.

A tooth extraction is never pleasant, but my experience couldn't have been better. They were kind, empathetic and efficient. I was in and out in less than half an hour. But the most important part is that the experience was COMPLETELY PAIN FREE! Even scheduling was a breeze. They could have gotten me in considerably sooner, though my work schedule didn't have the same flexibility that they did. The only negative is that they can't be my primary dental provider. I am extremely grateful for their bedside manner and the experience as a whole. I was so happy with everything I almost forgot to add in the second most important part. So affordable! With insurance the extraction was about $80, and another $80 or so for the laughing gas. The laughing gas didn't help at all, I'm guessing because of my anxiety over past experiences at worse places, so they refunded me the difference, even though it wasn't their fault it didn't help. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
