Amazing Place. The Dentist and staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. I took my hard of hearing 96 year old Mom to them today. The treated her with respect and dignity which is so very important to her and me.

The staff is awesome! I really needed partials to save my front teeth. My medicaid was one day from being discontinued and they hurried the whole process as i couldnt have afforded the partials. I am so very much grateful to all of them. Great people that all did a wonderful job and made me feel at home!

What an amazing group of folks. I live in Florida and was in Billings for work. During dinner on Tuesday I cracked my lower denture. I needed an emergency repair on a holiday weekend. Oh boy. Chat GPT recommended Montana Center for implants and Dentures and I am so happy they did. They went above and beyond for me and I was not even a patient of theirs. Their prices were fair and reasonable. I was all fixed up the SAME DAY. I cannot THANK them enough.

Im impress with the cleanness of the office. The atmosphere was soothing. The receptionist was professional and friendly. The dental assistant was professional and very help explaining the process of what needs to be done if I decide to get implants. Dr. Townsend looked over my x-rays and then talk to me about my options. He explained things clearly and if I didnt understand it then he reword it so I understood. He answered all my questions and so did the dental assistant. I felt I grasp whole process of if. Now I have to decide if I go forward. The financial lady talk to me about the cost and my options. So its up to me to decide do I go for it or live life toothless. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs dental work done. I saw the professionalism with these folks. I felt they treated me with respect and gave me support. When leaving i felt like they really do care about me not just my dental problems but me as a whole person. Thank you. Kathy L

I went into Montana Center for Implants to get information about a dental implant, knowing next to nothing about the procedure going in. The entire staff was incredibly warm, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. They walked me through the entire process step-by-step so I felt completely informed and comfortable with my options. I really appreciate their patience and expertise, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering implant work!
